I’ve spent so much time researching pen style tattoo machines and let me tell you, this video just saved me that much more time 😂. Once I make a purchase, I’ll make sure to use your promo code.
People don’t realize that there are people that get prison tattoos-I have seen prison work that is absolutely breathtaking and, unbelievable. So the value of your cartilages and pens typically are meaningless. It’s nice to have money to purchase tattoo equipment but, when it’s all said and done you don’t need the most expensive set up to see high-quality Ink. You just need something starter-ish. I’ve seen portraits so beautiful that you would never think it was done with a battery from your radio-a razor and, chess piece- for ink. It all comes down to the artist-NOT the equipment.
Dragonhawk sai and flash are my favorite dragonhawk machines.they are cheaper versions of my bronc v7 and t2 nano machines.at around $100 they come very close to the same performance of my $250 machines . I'm surprised you never reviewed these two great dragonhawk pens.
I've seen tattoos dine while i was in prison that are better than anything I've seen in person while out. Those were done with a walkman motor and guitar string, and carbon ink from burning a chess piece or with paint from an artists pack. A good machine makes things more comfortable for the artist which is great, but quality work is from a quality artist, not an expensive machine.
Do you still recommend the mast flip or the flip3, like now it’s 110$ with 2 battery’s and as of now I’m loving my Dragonhawk X5 lease try it and let me know
Can you make a video about where to buy replacement batteries for the dragonhawk x4 ? Machine is only good if you can find dang batteries once the supplied ones burn out. Mine burnt out about 35 days after i started using the machine and both burnt out on the same day. Are there substitute AA 12V 900mAH you can buy or do you have to buy the same models that came with the tattoo machine? I like the X4. However it is a useless tattoo machine if it has no power supply.
Hello! Thanks you for your video. Have you tried the Mast Fold Pro? Is it worth it? or better than the Flip pro? RIght now we have a Mast Tour pen and we love it, but we would like to upgrade it. Thanks!
I highly recommend the “Mast Archer” I’ve used the 3.5 and the 4.2 for a long time and they’re both awesome. The mast CARTRIDGES are absolutely GARBAGE though 🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮 I recommend getting some “big wasp” cartridges off of Amazon for sure. Do NOT buy the mast or dragon hawk cartridges, save yourself the trouble 🙏
I cant for the WJX review bro. Ive just bought in amazon just the way you said i use only for lining and packing😆😆😆, as for my mast flip il used it for shading😁😁😁...problem is im only getting started🙆🙆🙆
Not throwing hate or anything think it’s pretty dope your giving more in-depth views on budget machines and breaking down everything for people to understand what there possibly gonna buy. But that being said these videos audiences really are beginners and people who don’t have a lot of knowledge and know how in the tattoo industry. Shouldn’t just put out info that a company wants you to. And researching the facts all around the bored. Like how the mast saber was such a low on your lineup because it was reproduced by multiple company? Dragon hawk was one of first and biggest knockoff company’s to start with and now there actually reproduce and getting inventive with there own twist on already produced higher end machines and why they have so many different choices in there line up now was them trying to be more innovative. But the last machines on your line up and saying there the best in your eyes is knock off’s of axys Valhalla that was the first pen of its kind and had five stroke length options (2.5mm, 2.9mm, 3.4mm, 3.8mm, and 4.2mm) in 2019 . And yes 90% of knockoffs never went up to 4mm stroke because they didint see the need to because 3.5 was so popular and was just the all around well rounded stroke you could make work for anything so why lose money into producing more options that could possibly not sell as well and would be limited on buyer. And I’m one who needs to try everything out and test thing to really see the differences are and now how tattooing industry is there’s not a whole lot of difference in rotary machine because the mainly only real significant difference’s are Quality control what company is paying more for the top tier quality control and fine combing each machine that passes. Then the extra bell and whistles on it he machines and features kinda like car manufactures being get a base model of something or you can get the luxury version first drive both get you 2823 just ones got more features and laid-back and he wants just do the job. You have Chevy Camaro ss top of the line but then you have the z06 corvette both fast powerful amazing cars but the corvette is unmatched
Oh I understand where you're coming from. I have some US made machines and they do perform really well. Less time under skin for some styles as well. I started this channel 2 years and a few months ago to just show case dragonhawk stuff cause I was pleasantly surprised by its performance coming from a pure coil user. I stuck with the "budget" machines cause in my country it is very difficult to get your hands on the expensive stuff. I don't mind paying the 800$ price tag but the shipping and import tax sometimes reaches an extra 200$ ... Also TH-cam has the algorithm thing where you should make content on one brand all the time to get recommended and as you can see after 2 years I'm still a tiny channel hahaha. All good thou. Thank you for your comment. Alot of what you said is correct. End of the day the quality still comes from the hand rather than the machine.

No different than American eagle and holister you are paying for a brand those machines don’t last longer than the cheaper machines and they are covered under the same warranty as a cheaper machine one year look at cnc they have real faulhaber motors have a 3.5 stroke direct drive the only difference is the actual bar or the counter weight on the cam which you can change practically the same thing as a bishop wand and it’s 200 vs 650 700 don’t listen to people find out yourself man because a lot of these artists are paid to say what they say this guy has a passion for tattooing and he letting you know it’s a great machine what else do u need????
Hey man I like your videos, wondered what you think of the flip pro? It has the weird shaped battery. I hate it. I guess without the battery (which is how I use mine ) is the same as the standard flip machine. It ran like ass with Barrett and it was super loud to the point of bothering my client awhile working on her shoulder. Still my loudest pen but much quieter running with an rca cord now. Just wondered what you thought about that and were you able to affectively wrap it? 2nd and 3rd question is where do the tour and tour pro fit on your list? Thanks
Hi. Yeah I havent seen or used the flip pro so I have no idea. I heard that the tour pro is very good. As for the tour, I find it a bit lacking in power.
they released new 2 brushless pen type, the WJX and SEA, its has a smartchip brushless motor. stroke is 3.5mm. way more advanced than the bishop wand .
If from daragonhawk don't get the cheap one cause it's kinda ass. I forget the name but the latest ones are good. Basically anything that can fine adjust the voltage and has upwards to 7hrs bat life
Thanks for the review, so edifying. I stopped tattoing about 8 years ago with the traditional tattoo mechine. Am about to rebegin, but with the wireless pens this time around. Could you please advice me on which is best for beginners?
The flip had a motor thats will be hot after some hours and its a loud pen, because it had a flywheel inside.I need a 4mm stroke with a hard hit direkt drive Motor and wireless.its not by yours.

No need to spend more then $80 for one of these
Did you have a review from the dragonhawk X5? Its also very good machine with bruchless motor 👌🏽. I ask the store wich was best and they say the Dragonhawk X5 is better and it is a top pen 👌🏽
Great video bro! I got the mast tour pro a few weeks ago and I already think I need a large upgrade 😅 lol it's just too weak for me. I will consider the flip thanks to this video
Flip is the best Dragonhawk pen and it’s better than most pens out there! I’d say the only pen that’s better is the Neuma 4. With these two, you need no other pen.
I’ve been using mast tour pro for 6 months. Working on 2 sleeves with it now. I have the one with Japanese 6w motor. At 8v it blasts 2 line passes and made me a lot of money. But finally decided to get the flip. Can’t wait for it to come. Just for everyone out there. There are 2 types of motors in mast tour pro. You want one with 6w 2607 motor
@@sushinktattoo1366 Nice brother, yeah I've been using the Mast Flip for almost 2 months now. I love it. But personally I want to stay away from chinese made tattoo equipment for obvious reasons. Just get a mast flip for starters cause you can play around with the settings. It's also a good pen regardless if on fake skin for practice or on real people
@@TortugaPH But I heard some people talk about the mast flip being easy to break the stroke level thing if you keep turning it. Thats the reason I haven't just bought it. Also how about the disposable grips? Are there any I can use for that machine?
For the durability they all still work after years. Though the pen types I just recently started to use them. My archer is a year old and still works fine. I autoclave the grips. I bag the whole machine while using.
I am giving away a mast archer. Deadline for joining is December 7 2023. Goodluck everyone. th-cam.com/video/dtWhsU_IpWc/w-d-xo.htmlsi=fiNkX85ZCsEO9Onw
How do you like it so far? Would you recommend? I’m thinking about getting that or the Ambition Soldier, or the Mummy. Not sure which one to get. I have read a comment that when you have the machine at 4 stroke on the flip that it only protrudes the needle at 2mm man. Is that true? I like to hang my needle out more then that
Es importante poner el numbre de las maquinas en el video cada que muestras una, asi los que no sabemos tanto ingles podemos encontrarlas mejor, aun asi exelente video solo si estaria mas completo si pones letras en el
many cheap pen have lot lot better than coil machine 300-600$ machine i has before. i sell ALL my old coil machine out or fight to trash, and used only pen machine last 5 year now daily, because old 600$ coil machine has totally worst than new adjustable stroke pen machines have today. lot old coil gun i fight to trash and buy all new guns.

I’m able to remove mine thingy from my NOIR , easily, normal…. Maybe your one is damaged
I am giving away a mast archer. Deadline for joining is December 7 2023. Goodluck everyone. th-cam.com/video/dtWhsU_IpWc/w-d-xo.htmlsi=fiNkX85ZCsEO9Onw
Got the mast flip my first rotary
Nice it's a great machine to start with coming off coils.
How do you like it so far? Would you recommend? I’m thinking about getting that or the Ambition Soldier, or the Mummy. Not sure which one to get. I have read a comment that when you have the machine at 4 stroke on the flip that it only protrudes the needle at 2mm man. Is that true? I like to hang my needle out more then that
Wjx maxon vs mast flip?
I think I made a vid like that
Please Make a video on the new mast fold
Yup I have footage of it already. Will do when I get back from a vacation.
Is your promo code still valid ?
Yeah but there is a new better code now. Check the latest video posted
Ninja ambitionnn
Mast lancer my fav 🔥🔥😍😍
Yeah i learned to appreciate that machine after maybe 10 tattoos
Es importante poner el numbre de las maquinas en el video cada que muestras una, asi los que no sabemos tanto ingles podemos encontrarlas mejor, aun asi exelente video solo si estaria mas completo si pones letras en el
helpful video but the music is too louder
Noted. The editing is much better now in the newer videos.
Can you give me 1 of that machine bro.
Lol 😁
mast tour pro or mast armor
armor pro man.
အားသွင်းပေါက်ပြုက်သွားတာဘယ်လိုဖြုက်ရလည်း
Low quality voice and attention grabbing music made it impossible ro follow.
4.2 is now the higher stroke on an adjustable machine, enter Dragonhawk Fold.
Most of what he said sounds like user error
Under 80 bucks is way to low for a cheap machine you probably are paying 302 bucks
many cheap pen have lot lot better than coil machine 300-600$ machine i has before. i sell ALL my old coil machine out or fight to trash, and used only pen machine last 5 year now daily, because old 600$ coil machine has totally worst than new adjustable stroke pen machines have today. lot old coil gun i fight to trash and buy all new guns.
many less 80$ or less 100$ machine have lot better than some 300-500$ machine today.
