Love your channel. Your voice is spectacular, who cares how you pronounce words, makes life interesting. I’m a great fan. Thanks for entertaining us!!!🙏🤩💝👍🏽
Theres something very special about England and its country houses imagine living in a house that is older than America.??? Some of their houses are 500 to 1000 years old.
I watched a channel that featured Robin Gibb's gravesite in the churchyard across the road from his home. Its a really beautiful final resting place and I think he probably really loved this house. I'd love to see more of it. Thank you for the stories you tell.
Interesting Robin Gibb discovered that former monastery property thru Country Life Magazine. The amusing thing about Country Life magazine is that professional burglars used to read it too. It was like a work newsletter for them. Apparently they’d look thru it, at all the interior shots, see what priceless antiques were available in the mansions to steal. Identity the address of the mansion they focussed on. And off they’d go robbing. Probably still do.
If you do another episode of legendary rock star 🏡 homes, consider Randy Bachmans home he use to own in Lynden, Washington. It is rumoured that George Harrison spent time there with Randy as well. 😅😅😅😅😅
Ronnie Wood's old house was called Holmwood (nothing to do with Dracula, I believe) on the Coombe Road, near Kingston Upon Thames. It backs onto Richmond Park.
That is so funny how you pronounce Jacobian. It’s hilarious. And you’re serious. Kinda like how Nigella Lawson calls Microwaves, Mick - rah - wah - vay. But she’s doing it because she knows it’s funny. It’s like French. But crazy French
The gibb house has a section that was the church which the monks worshipped, well it was all over the tv here in the uk about how haunted it was, the mink was seen in the chapel quite often, extra tit bit, gibb lived there with his "2” wives
When you look at Harrison’s mansion, you just think how many rooms do you really need? It’s stunning but it’s not like you need a house that size, you could live in there months at one end and never see them!lol
You might if you were recovering/moving on from Beatlemania. George did extensive gardening for a few years after, to regain his balance. While all of these houses have beyond the, "needed ," space, the extra space can certainly be enjoyed.
Do you happen to know what happened to Cosy Powell 's (aka Collin Floocs) property after his Death in 1998? Do you have any information of how it was back then? Photos of the period. Who is today 's owner?! Thank you. Keep up the good work. Dimitrios Taxiarchou
It was so nice of Madonna to let so guy named Guy Richie to keep the house. The thought he would be living on the streets without her generosity would really weigh down on me😞
He's a successful director in his own right ya know. She just lost interest in England and finally lost her embarrassing fake accent when her marriage ended.

@@StrangeHistoryX Oh, so many kinds! All organic, of course. Gen mai cha, matcha, chamomile, lemon balm, black (caf and decaf), green (caf and decaf), various other mostly herbal blends.... :D I'd have to dig up some recipe for scones, however. ❤
I would have thought that to “discover” the luxury we would mostly be looking at their interiors(!) And you haven’t excluded Jimmy Page’s VERY unique home that he’s lived in since 1971 Strange history or superficial history?
Guy Ritchie would have been thrilled to end up with that English historical mansion. Although he makes movies about his obsession in working class English gangster life. None of which a life he’s ever experienced. His true character is that of a rich country English Baronet or Duke. Spending his life going out on shoots. Hunting with hounds. Knockin off innocent animals and birds. A true occupation of the English aristocracy. Oh and that’s his other obsession, guns. Sorry but I don’t like Guy Ritchie. Heard him on hot mic belittling a very polite employee guy. It was unacceptable. And just showed he has no class. And thinks he’s superior to people. He’s not.
It seems you must be pointing to the proper names of these towns. The names are privy to locals and friends. My hometown is full of names that our welcome guests ALWAYS mispronounce.
That was fun..... I'd like Paul's first house in London for "mself".
My favorite is the Cecil Beaton house. I remember seeing it featured in Vogue when Madonna bought it. Beautiful 😘.

Thank you! 😃 I appreciate your kind words.
McCartney's house I like best. Reasonable size, great location 👌
Great video

In a few hundred years the house will probably be bulldozed to make s block of flats or shopping centre. And grave dug up
Ron woods without a doubt.

Thanks! I'll check that out.
I think it's fair to say that Phil Spector is no longer "esteemed".

I don’t know have you looked at Ronnie lately
They've earned it,

True, but that's the boring way to say it.

Nice video. Didn't wanna say it, but you kept repeating it. It's "sconns" not scOnes 😂 ☕️🥞
Is the lashing out really necessary?

Some people know how to pronounce words properly some remain ignorant of the English language
Not everyone pronounces words the same. Especially New Yorkers like me.
So many different pronunciations of names and words i ‘d never thought of before. The best i’v got is tom-a-toes.
Get a life Anne. 🙄

Some know how to use punctuation. Some do not.
Rather odd presenter!
I prefer being called "Strange". :)
