Excellent video, excellent categories of testing in tough conditions, excellent battery and motor details that nobody else seems to care about covering! Just bought one now!
@@Toolspecs ya the reason I'm asking is because I'm seeing videos from fire departments and the TV news asking people to clear snow piled up around fire hydrants. I'll try posting a couple links to those videos. Most people don't do it because it's heavy work. So far, in all of the videos I've seen showing people clearing snow from fire hydrants, they're still doing it the same way it was done 100 years ago, manually with digging shovels or scoop shovels. You'd think there would be an easier way to do it by now. If those electric shovels can make the job easier, maybe more people would do it.

th-cam.com/video/6NxH0bKUC3Y/w-d-xo.html this video shows a fire hydrant covered in snow right in front of a fire station hahahahahahahahaha! but also, look at how high the snow is piled around the other fire hydrants. would an electric shovel be able to clear the snow from those fire hydrants?
@cameranmanner4701 in the Mellif battery in manual, it saying that their batteries have over charging protection, over discharge protection, over heat protection, over current and short circuit protection.
@jo9732 I have a twisted spine with 2 crush disks so shoveling snow is painfull. I like the power snow shovel. It might not always be faster but I don't have to lift the snow.

@billdrummond2495 I find that the 20v version works way better then the 40v version
great video keep it up
@CarpetCloser thank you! I just finish filming on in fresh snow.
lol looks like the Zamboni just cut the ice out there!
@aciccotelli6951 not from a zamboni but the end of high school parking lot.
can that be used to clear snow piled up around a fire hydrant? Do you have any fire hydrants near you where you can test it?
@@mrbubetube good video idea, I'll try to film it soon.

@mrbubetube Thanks for the link, I'll see if I can reproduce a video like this using electric shovels.
What about low voltage low temp safety?
@cameranmanner4701 in the Mellif battery in manual, it saying that their batteries have over charging protection, over discharge protection, over heat protection, over current and short circuit protection.
@Toolspecs I guess a reminder to not charge the battery under subzero temperatures
@cameranmanner4701 your right lithium batteries should warm up before charging them.
Is this snowshovel is very expensive?
@RobertBeriault-hy2qi I believe it's $150 cnd.
I have the link to the store in the video description.
Kind of a pice of crap. Let’s be honest. Snow shovel is cheaper faster and easier.

Next time do not wear a jacket.
@robertbelar5341 too cold for a birthday suit
