My prediction:

I feel like some shocks are bound to happen considering what happened yesterday. So I’ve gone for a few risky choices. First of which being San Marino. I lean towards qualification simply because of how insane the staging is. Surely it will pick up some votes. It remains on the fence though because juries are likely to rank it low.
I’ve also gone for Ireland, they’ve been gaining some momentum recently and I can see why. After the results of yesterday, I feel like Europe will be wanting a song like this to advance, and I think this is the strongest of the pop songs in this semi final. It was staged well from what we saw in the clip.
For this reason, I’m also not counting out Romania and Israel to qualify, but I expect the juries to mark both down. Romania feels more tolerable for the general audience.
I’m also predicting Finland to be a shock NQ, but I hope I’m wrong. We need some rock in the final. Whether it be from them or San Marino or both of them!
I can't see san marino qualifying when even last year it was very close with adrenalina.
Reminds me of how the fandom last year "decided" Israel won't qualify or qualify from 10th place.

1. Sweden 🇸🇪 (Obviously my winner and I can't wait to see her tonight!! Of course she'll qualify ❤)
2. Serbia (Even if Serbia is out of my top 10 They're odd this year, this is very unpredictable and it is something Europe like very much)
3. Poland (I would be so shocked and mad if this wouldn't qualify, I can't see him not qualifying)
4. Cyprus (Not my favorite but It's so harmonic and warm, Europe wants that)
5. Australia (His voice is amazing how can you NOT want to qualify someone like that?)
6. Estonia (Very good song, it's so underrated 😱)
7. Israel (no surprise there)
8. Romania (...smooth somehow I guess, I like his style)
9. Montenegro (don't like it but I bet Europe does)

I feel quite sure about Cyprus going through - it's different with its traditional ethnic instruments and Greek language + the staging looks VERY promising so far from the rehearsals ❤

I think she wasn't so good vocally on the jury show and she was out of breath at some point, so unfortunately I can't see it in the juries top 10. Therefore, she needs a lot of support from the televote tonight. I hope people who likes the song and Andromache will vote for her enough to overrule the juries. honestly after seeing Austria and Albania failing to qualify in semi 1 then i am sure that we will see something extremely unexpected like Sweden NQ. It'd be refreshing to see a grand final without Sweden in it. i don't even like Sweden this year.

I honestly don't get your hype for those two entries. Austrian song was fun, the staging was cool but her vocals were literally not there. Albania: the song was pure garbage, her outfit was a pain to watch and those sneakers were not even matching the style of the dancers, staging, dance, lights and outfit itself were not matching that no sense "song.".. everything was completely RANDOM. Just stop, it was just that bad, most of the people who watch it for the first time won't even get your excitement
@@agem1989 literally all of my friends wanted and expected both to qualify so that indirectly affects my opinion on both too(which was a yes for albania and a maybe for austria even before i watched semi 1 with them last night)
@@agem1989 Loving or hating Ronela's song is only about taste of each and everyone. I personally liked the song a lot. BUT. She ruined it with the new staging and her outfit... should have kept it in a more traditional ethnic way as she did in the national selection, that was AMAZING! This did not fit to the song at all... Also her vocals weren't the strongest - as we know from the national selection and the pre-parties, she can do much better. And for me also the original Albanian version was a lot better than the revamp.
@@robinoswald i agree 100%. that stage , light colours and outfit completely destroyed an already messy song, YOU COULDN'T GET THE VIBE AT ALL. it looked like the stage for a song like Ireland, she should have kept a darker and ethnic atmosphere, no doubt

I'm fairly confident about Sweden, Czech Republic, Poland, Australia, Azerbaijan and Estonia. I think San Marino will also stand out enough with the staging to qualify and I'm feeling pretty good about Finland because it's a great opener - unless the vocals are really subpar. For the last 3 it gets hard to decide. I think Cyprus will squeeze through and then for the last spot I'm feeling Romania for some reason.
I think Serbia may get lost in translation outside of the Balkans, and I don't see it as a go-to jury vote either. I really thought Belgium was going to be in my top 10 but there's just not enough room. I really really really want Georgia to qualify, so please prove me wrong by making that happen :)

I think Finland with The Rasmus will definitely go through and San Marino will not. I’m also hoping for an Ireland surprise qualification, as I personally think it’s better than some of the songs that I think will qualify but I agree that it’s hard to see where the points are going to come from in order for it go through. I also won’t be surprised if Malta go through.

I sadly think Romania will be hurt by juries and that will be the reason for them not to qualify. Also its possible that Belgium gets a lot of jurie support and sneaks into the final.
I guess you are right with Finnland. The ESC audience as well as the jury don’t seem to like classic rock. Bulgaria‘s performance yesterday was flawless, vocals perfect and the song isn’t that bad. No chance. So why should The Rasmus get through? Just because they are famous?
For me Finlands song is way better than Bulgarian, its more catchy. I want them to go through because of the song, not because they are famous.
It's one extremely fantastic privilege to be a part of Eurovision competition as well as competitors or audience... especially because of fact that artists from whole Europe can express theirs potentials....I am proud on our Konstrakta because she gave performance and in one effective way she pointed to one extremely important problem...how expensive health is in the fact!!! That is a role of artist to criticize society and move us to do something with our ideas and ideals for humanity.....my the best regards for all fan's of Eurovision

I mostly agree with this list, although I’d switch Romania with Estonia. Unfortunately I do see Malta as a borderline qualifier as well and eventually “stealing” someone’s spot, there’s a certain appeal to her as a performer.

I feel like it's funny how Estonia is overlooked by so many in the fandom. 4th place in the betting odds. If it doesn't make it, it will objectively be shocking, even more than Albania, who was 7th in the odds. Sure, it's possible, but unlikely. Also, majority of country-genre songs have outperformed their original expectations by the fandom (Netherlands 2014, Malta 2014, Netherlands 2016, Estonia 2019, Iceland 2022).
Also, I feel like having San Marino, Romania, AND Israel as qualifiers is highly unlikely. THREE flamboyant male performers with songs that feel like they are aiming for the self-indulging effect. Also, none of them are expected to qualify based on the odds, so if it's even one, it will be surprising. My bet would be on San Marino, but I'm fine if it's Romania.
My wish for the ''shocking qualifier'' is Ireland. It's fun and cute.

@@ponyclub3198 Albania was a "shocking NQ", but falling out as 8th in the odds isn't AS RARE as falling out as 4th. Verona, Hear Them Calling, and Blackbird were the only songs not qualifying from a top 5 spot in the odds. Sure, it IS possible not to qualify from any place, but I am puzzled of how many people are casually saying it with Hope, as if it's expected to be a borderline. If he doesn't qualify, it would be one of the biggest odds upsets ever. I don't expect it to happen (not any more than with Australia, Serbia, or Czechia, which are all expected to be firmly in).
Romania came in 40th position with eurojury receiving 0 points. I think that's a sign unfortunately.

Finland I feel will get through, but it's getting dicier since the rehearsals. That's mainly because I don't see Israel making it at all. Estonia and Cyprus could be battling for the remaining spot, or San Marino or Romania may not go through, opening up an additional space. I would also love for Ireland to go through but I'm not thinking it will cos there are just so many other excellent songs in this semi. It's going to be so nerve-wracking! And, like Tuesday, some "sure qualifiers" will be sent home. I can't believe Austria and Albania are leaving us so soon!

Sadly I also think Romania is not going to qualify, juries will destroy his chances. For me Israel is a sure non qualifer, juries will not go for it for sure, and I dont think he will have enough televote support.
And about Montenegro not having support, I think what they meant by that is that Montenegro is not hyped among fans, its also a small country that often struggles to qualify. All other ballads are stronger and more powerful, in my opinion Montenegro lacks something, its simply not strong enough to qualify.

There's only three songs in this year's competition that have a chance to win it and that's Ukraine, Serbia and Norway, in that order.
Serbia and Sweden are the two most overrated entries that will be competing tonight (no vocals, lackluster or plain strange performance) but 90% they will qualify for obvious reasons--Juries will definitely vote for Sweden as expected and the audience will vote for Serbia because most are suckers for strange entries like that. The 10th qualifier is going to be a real battle between Cyprus, Israel, and San Marino.

my impressions: Sweden, super overrated Serbia, if we exclude staging, boring Estonia, totally flat Romania, unbearable regetton cliché .. Very good Belgium, a big injustice towards Andrea's Circles, in my opinion the best of the evening, a great shame for San Marino, which absolutely deserved the final. I don't like the way the predictions look like.
