A real sleeper from the street. Curb appeal none. Inside.... nice nice nice.. floor plan one of the best especially only 2800sqf. Seemed way bigger. And a casita. Sign me way up. Those bathrooms were particularly good. Thanks Chuck great job as always.

I love the layout. One thing I never see in any tours that I've watched are fire extinguishers. Wonder why? You're the best man. There's no one who comes close to what you do. Teach them, teach them, teach them.

love this house except for the wallpaper!! I love the Casita! I would tear down the kids section there and create another bedroom to make it a 2 bedroom casita. But love everything else. Oh and as far as building your custom home, my advice is to do what makes you money first and that's your apartments.
I like the house, I love the entryway and how mush space there is. However the the price point of $600 plus there should really be 4 bed rooms.

A lovely house and garden and I am so pleased to see that the builders are tiling to the ceilings in the bathrooms, it looks so much better and like I said much easier to clean. Great tour, even though you backed out from showing the garden because of some rain 🌧 anyway take care and stay safe.

I feel like there's a ton of stuff they added to make the home much nicer than what you get for the listed price. Really nice layout for sure. But there's a ton of nice stuff here that's making it look more attractive than it really is.

I don't think the cooker hood can handle it.
the exhaust fan is pretty strong, it sucks up all the cooking smells right above the stove.

Really love this house. Beautiful floor plan. But you’re right Chakits the kitchen backsplash is too porous.

I love the mid-century vibes. But it’s hard to tell how big the kid’s room actually was with that little playhouse built in it. I wasn’t a fan of the plain walls in the powder room.

The layout is awesome. I hate the wallpaper and really dislike the kitchen cabinets. I feel the color makes the kitchen look dated. Exterior is not appealing to me either. I love the bar and love the casita and the master bathroom.
