trust me its not. I drive past it everyday. its actually not even close to as big as the homes in the surrounding neighborhoods. drive down the street literally 20 seconds and there's 6000 sqf homes. when I saw what they did to the land I was kinda disappointed because Homes here don't tend to be modern and the look like crap compared to everything else.

I’ve seen some other Toll Brothers homes, in different parts of the country, and each one, they keep putting their FOOT in each one. Meaning they make each one better and BETTER!!! This one??? WOOOOOOOOOW!!! Wasn’t crazy about the front, but inside, it looks AMAZING!!! They KILLED THIS ONE!!!

The outside is gorgeous and what I love about it is that from the outside it looks smaller then when you walk inside it’s open with high ceilings the interior is breath taken they really took their time on building this home it’s worth every dollar they want for it most definitely a house I will have one day

Gorgeous house. Loved the kitchen and the yard especially the enclosed outdoor tv room and the landscaping. I prefer the homes in California (the Vegas homes I’ve seen in this price range weren’t as beautiful and looked kinda dated). The location (Yorba Linda) is also better (neighbors not too close, better views, prettier landscaping, etc).

My family lives in Yorba Linda. Homes in this part of the city, burned down earlier this year. I believe this is the area residents refer to as Burning Hills. Irresponsible to build here, that's for sure. It was just a matter of time before a wildfire hit. Such a shame, love that pool!

US homes are expensive damn! This house is a $500-$800k house in South Africa, in a classy neighborhood too. Supply and demand issues? BUT DAMN it's beautiful!!!!
Mawande Tsoliwe but you also love in South Africa. I’ve been a few times to Joberg and Cape Town and although beautiful, I think we get what we pay for here.

Goes for that much and anyone would be comfy. Lets put it this way, I could copy this design and put in Waterfall Country Estate.
Mawande Tsoliwe this house isn’t safe enough to be in Joberg. You’d have to have 20ft cement walls and armed security. That’s the difference, that’s why is so expensive to live in Los Angeles. I don’t have to worry at night my family is going to be held hostage. Also Vegas market has nothing to do with LA market completely different.

Hi, I have a question for you Mr Krulsawat! This particular home has a starting price of $2.1 million but is listed at $4.6 million. My question is: Isn't it crazy to spend more on upgrades than the price of the house? Will you be able to recover that premeum in a future sale based on comps? FWI: 2 of the same models with way less upgrades and more square footage are selling for around $2.5 million.

Next level house. I'd need to move my wife and myself into that GORGEOUS place to actually make it a home. The attention to detail throughout is amazing. KUDOS to the home builder. 2.3 million is actually not bad for the quality. I guess it would eventually cost much more with the upgrades. I especially love the brick and landscaping in the front, but the back of this house is what really stands out. Too bad this is located in California. It's far too expensive living here compared to other states. Thank you for posting this video. It's given me some ideas for my dream build.
