Does this mower have a seat safety switch on it? My old mower would turnover like this but wasn't getting fire to keep it running. Mice are good about messing up wires.
My dad had a 1972 model snapper. Mowed a 2 acre lot. When he passed in 2008 it was still running. We gave it to my cousin up in Oklahoma. You might want to check With Harbor Freight they have a large selection of tarps and they have a 10’ x 17’ portable garage. As always stay safe, stay healthy and keep your powder dry 🤙🤙😎🤙🤙
It's called a deck that protects the blades, your right, the Snapper is a tough mower that last and last with proper care. The newer Snappers came with a Briggs & Stratton engine.
Hey Brandon, We had the same thing happen to us one year. We had stored our mower under our deck and that next spring, my husband discovered a HUGE nest right top of engine. Glad he found it and not me😂 Take care
It's a mower deck buddy, and the single blades are still available. Replace it, that one is to rusted, it may fly apart. 😮😢 Try a new plug wire first, before replacing the coil. It may have a break in it, not making good contact. Any plug wire will do to test it. Looking forward to the Forrest Gump restro...😂😅😊
You can get some naval jelly at the auto parts store paint on the naval jelly with a paintbrush let it sit for a while then hose off the rust that will preserve more of the paint

Howdy 🤠 Brandon awesome video love watching you work on different things
Awesome!!
I had one of them years ago and loved it 💖
Youll have to get the magnets on the flywheel cleaned of all that rust and the magneto( think that's what it's called) as well. Love a Snapper.
