Hello Sir, my Aunt has Sceleroderma related ILD... chronic cough.. recently whenever she coughs, a bulge/nodule appears on her back(thoracic region) closer to midline but towards a bit right from midline. upon applying pressure in goes away and also upon cessation of cough it goes away... it causes pain. what would u suggest it could be, does it nessecitate MRi and which doctor to consult.

Hello mam. Wish you a speedy recovery. Two points I would like to stress upon. Omnacort 2.5mg is no dose for any ILD patient. Below 10mg omnacort is of no use. Azoran we no longer prescribe as many other good drugs are available. Regarding your kedarnath yatra that depends upon your symptoms/oxygen saturation/pft report at present/exercise Desaturation

At times recovery happens and at times we achieve stability in disease. Pulmonary rehabilitation needs to be done for further improvement in symptoms. Kindly contact your Pulmonologist
