I am an ILD patient since 2018. I am prescribed Pirfenidone, Mycophenolate Mofefil, 4mg Steriod, Mucinac 600mg. I am also prescribed Acebrophylline, Montelukast etc
Surprisingly you haven't mentioned about the Pirfenidone which is the main drug for ILD.
I am health wise stable and I am also doing my professional assignments.

My PFT test report described as " mild restrictive ventilory impairment with 16 percent improvement after post BDR. Fev1/ Fvc is 0.81, FEV1 & FVC is 0.77 against prediction? Is it COPD or ILD / Lung Fibrosis?
