Jocko answers how people have a vision of what they want to do but don't know where to start. If you want to get better you must initiate the action aggressively. Goggins mentions how you must suffer to grow and get somewhere in life. He talks about this softened generation, mental toughness, and self-discipline. You must step aggressively towards your fear and towards bravery. Stop procrastinating and just start doing the things you've been dreaming about or planning to do. Taking the first step to making it happen. Get after it! Be uncomfortable every day of your life. When you are driven, whatever is in front of you will get destroyed. Believing in yourself! No excuses or justifications. Be aggressive and take action. Change your mentality and realize on the other side is greatness!

What Goggins is saying is true. We can't even keep any young individuals at my job. People quit because they hate to work and complain, they have done something wrong and get yelled at, or do not feel appreciated. It is sad.
