Everybody’s gonna freak out, but the heavy meat eaters are tiny, frail with missing hair and bad teeth. The few vegetarian‘s that I’ve looked after are usually assisted from surgery and not their lifestyle. They are strong and healthy with good hair and teeth overall? Love this subject!
Dr.Chaffee i wish you could do a video on all the anti-nutrients and what they do in the body, also
talking about does for them too to where they would be more toxic and cause issues vs low exposure.
I know Sally Norton's book "Toxic Superfoods" and Judy Cho's Book "Carnivore Cure" talks about these things already,
but i would like to see a video done by you talking about these things more in-depth.
I think people really should know and understand what these plants, vegetables, fruits ect,. have and
stop scoffing at the idea that they cant harm you, we need an eye opener on the subject to explain
why and show somehow why such "foods" are not meant for human consumption.
Its like the mustard plant, i think theres 5+ vegetables grown from it which are all man made, and
"eat the rainbow" as they say though the rainbow all comes from 1 plant, ok, but this subject imo is not talked about
enough, people will still go eat a salad thinking its healthy.
Eat a salad with a steak and what happens? The proteins may not get absorbed or you may get reduced absorption,
things like that, the real issue is this lack of knowledge, but also that in our culture we like to mix and add everything
to our foods to make it taste great, its understandable, but we also need to know that adding ingredients, like spices,
or eating certain foods with other foods, may or have an adverser affect.
See what people dont get is, lets say you had something happen to you and you had to stay in a hospital for a little bit,
they would give you iv's of water, and some "medication" a chemical of some sort. So most people can accept
these chemicals as doing something for them whatever it may be, and they "trust" and accept this reality, yet
on the flip side when you eat something, your body is literally processing, converting what you ate into chemicals, and
these chemicals ... doi things, react to things, ect,. in your body.
It might be subtle based on the "amount" you ate, but again if you were in a hospital they are giving you a dose
of a certain "medication" a chemical to create a certain response, body does the same thing, except the dose
is the amount of whatever your eating. Lets bring this awareness to people because food is treated like food
im not saying to deny it but, come to an awareness that if you feel terrible that something your eating, in
whatever amount, daily maybe has a chemical response inside you, hence the term biochemistry.
Learn about what to eat, how to eat, when to eat, and what not to eat, its like drinking alot of water or any beverage
during your meal, your literally doing yourself a disfavor by diluting your food, your stomach acid cannot properly
break down and utilize the nutrients that is able to be acquired if you did not dilute your meal.
Drink before you eat, then sip during the meal, absorption and assimilation is the key.

As omnivores humans are adapted to eat a variety of foods. Some foods contains a certain amount of substances that are not good for your health. But as long as the amount you eat does not exceed your limit, it is safe to consume. When giraffes eat the leaves of a tree, the tree responds by producing more toxins. The giraffe is eating these toxic leaves, but once it has reached its limit, it goes away to find another tree. We are adapted to deal with many of these chemicals. We just have to make sure the intake of them does not exceed our upper limit on a daily basis.
Bitter substances are bad for you in high doses, but actually healthy in small doses.
Prehistoric humans ate everything they could find, but animals, mushrooms and plants.

Thats because if someone switches from a SAD diet to eating just plants or meat or both, healing still occurs, but that does not mean plants are not causing harm. Even if you think the plants you eat daily are not harming you, they are, and it will catch up to you eventually. The only thing not harmful is the meat and fat from ruminant animals and water, assuming your water is completely clean, free from deuterium and microplastics and such.

Some say it's because anyone coming from the crappy Standard Modern Diet (processed foods, junk foods) will start to heal if they eliminate all of that and start to eat real whole foods only.
But long term, those who go plant based may have to deal with nutrient deficiencies, as well as potential toxic overload. It depends on how careful they are to supplement for nutritional deficiencies, and how careful they are to avoid or limit toxic plants as well as pedticides, etc. This is my guess, anyway.
You just have to choose what gives you the most healing and what allows you to get stronger long term. Personally, I'd do carnivore or very customized ketovore (only eat a small amount of plants my body can deal with).

I know that Noah after the great flood ate meat more because there were no enough plants immediately after the flood so they survived on meat. So, my belief is really about eating some selected plants, meat, fish, chicken, guinea fowl, eggs + intermittent fasting.
I think also that, our human system's response to whether plant based diet or Canivor diet is different. Dr. Talked about natural toxins in plants, which plants do not have natural toxins so we can concentrate on those plants + Canivor diet 🙏

In general, I gwt what he is saying... but, about mushrooms, he's pretty far off base...
The carcinogens are mostly due to fungi, especially saprophitic ( wood decomposers) being bio absorbers of carbon compounds ...
Secondly, while it's true a few mushrooms will definitely kill you, people who can't guess eating an " angel of death " is a bad idea, really have no business remaining in the gene pool 😂
      ...
3rdly, fungi, are a major player in our food and nutrition, and also, there would be no land plants, or animals without fungi.. a joke? Hardly... many of the world's most critical symbiotic n similar biology relations are involvkng fungi ..
Glib falsehoods aside, fungi deserve better than this punch line treatment. Seriously...
Lastly, there are several species of mushroom that are highly medicinal.....
Fungi do indeed operate on a biochemical level.. some of this is poisons, some of it is more subtle..
Polyphores ( Maitake , hen of the woods and Turkey tail are all polphores , and medicinal... ) are basically NEVER dangerous.. a couple are disgusting.. most are not..
Finally, no forest or trees , ( 70% of trees anyways. ) can survive without fungi...
      Hug a fungi, not a tree... 😂

Could this be because I'm having 10 oz of red wine, a 2-in square of dark chocolate, and almond coffee creamer in my coffee everyday?
Seems odd.... These are my favorite things.
Would prefer not to eliminate them. But......😢😢😢

Hi, You may have a valid agument about the benefits of meat, and I have increased the meat consumption in my diet and find that I am less hungry, but my weight is continuing about the same. However I am finding it difficult to accept your arguments that plants have done all that thinking and planning in order to avoid being consumed by me. Can it be that the original causality reasoning and argumentation is the wrong way around?? I think the problem is more complicated than your arguments are suggesting. When I was a little girl Dad grew peas in our veggie patch - we did not get cancer. They were the yummiest snow peas ever. He did it for our benefit and becuase he loved feeding us good food. We did not suffer from too much sugar. Sometimes we went to the market and there were peas on sale. They had been on sale for a while, sometimes the shells were brown and crinkled, the peas tasted old and bitter. Could easily have been carcinogenic. -- They had come from unloved veggie patches. --- Recently scientists in the Rice Research Centre tested three beakers of rice in water. Beaker one was just left there, no contact , the water may have clouded a bit , beaker two was hated thoroughly and told every day that it was a nasty rotten piece of rice ... the water changed colour to a dark purple and started to stink the rice turned putrid. Beaker three was given positive attention - it was told that it was nice beautiful, contributing to someones welfare, very important and it was a nice day. All those sorts of positiv mental and verbal reinforcements, the water stayed a golden colour and the rice smelled pleasant even at the end of the experiment. ...
re Plants, ---our human social and agricultural environment reimages how we are treating each other and our planet. How can plants miss out ? The natural world which we have polluted so much already cannot avoid soaking up the toxins that we produce every day in our thoughts, words and deeds. What plants have in them is a consequence of us , built and accretted over a long period of time. If we behave better it will get better, if we behave worse we will kill ourselves. Animals are in between that, they have the biological systems that can process some of the toxins that we can't, so do plants really, but I do not think that they have conspired to poison and kill us although we may have deserved it. I think the burden of improvement is on mankind. The other fact that you are telling us of is that the sample population which you use to measure desirable health is not healthy enough to enable us to determine a value for a healthy norm. That also is something we have to deal with. Eating meat is not the only step we can take to find a solution. Thank you for all your care and research. Have a nice day.

It has been concluded all plant species are actually sentient beings. Our species experienced the most drastic and beneficial evolution during the
homo neanderthalensis period when we discovered fire to cook our foods. It has been concluded through testing of fossilized remains that their diet was predominantly ruminant red meat with some nuts/roots as well. The paleolithic area - IE the Paleo diet - however none of the fruits/seeds/nuts we have access to today are even remotely the same as they were during this period in time. Everything I have said can be fact checked via multiple sources on the internet and I'm sure some texts in your local library.

All meats have parasites which you will acquire if you eat raw meat. Plants will dispel parasites. So some plants are good for your health too. I would like someone to explain why we have developed taste buds and why sweet sour tart and bitter. There must be valid reasons why sweet is a favoured taste for animals. Just saying, Think about it.

Everyone does it, it's a hobby like fishing but much more popular. Christmas is a joke without traditional dishes with forest mushrooms. That being said, you are very wrong when you say that most mushrooms kill you on the spot. In Poland there are dozens if not hundrets wild forest species of mushrooms that are consideret eatable. Most are considered uneatable and just a few - deadly poisonous. I just googled it and in Poland amongs 3300 large-fruited mushrooms only 250 is considered poisonous and only a few deadly.

Our creator spoke about plants in the Holy Quran in many different verses
      I'll quote some
      6:141
It is He who produces both trellised and untrellised gardens, date palms, crops of diverse flavours, the olive, the pomegranate, alike yet different. So when they bear fruit, eat some of it, paying what is due on the day of harvest, but do not be wasteful: God does not like wasteful people.
      6:99
It is He who sends down water from the sky. With it We produce the shoots of each plant, then bring greenery from it, and from that We bring out grains, one riding on the other in close-packed rows. From the date palm come clusters of low-hanging dates, and there are gardens of vines, olives, and pomegranates, alike yet different. Watch their fruits as they grow and ripen! In all this there are signs for those who would believe.
      37:146
and made a gourd tree grow above him.
      95:1
By the fig, by the olive

In the beginning God gave us fruits and gave the animals plants. Part of the curse after the fall was for us to also eat plants. Then after the flood, He gave us animals to eat. The way I see it is that humans have messed so much with the soil and breeding new plants that it has messed up what we were intended to eat. I really feel God led me to this way of eating, just like He led Daniel to his way of eating. It's all about obedience to Him
