thanks dude you just tell me when our dot have to end but we are in lunar so we need to keep that lunar to ended and we fill that do again so when lunar come we keep focus Starfire ( ignore to fill dot ) and then when solar eclipse come we fill dot ( insect and moon fire )

What this and other guides fail to mention is that you should constantly pendulum between Solar and Lunar eclipse. The reason why this wasn't obvious for me is because you read everywhere that wrath sucks wrath sucks, so I didn't wanna get into a solar eclipse like ever. At least in this current Phase 1, this is not the case and you should enter both. Also I am not a 100% sure but there might an internal cooldown to enter the same eclipse, which is also why you want to enter a different eclipse each time. At least I've seen a cooldown on these eclipses on some guy's video that was parsing 99 as balance.
I'm not sure why people would be saying that wrath sucks as it is vital for your rotation. I will take the blame on not properly explaining that you need to "pendulum" between the two, but whenever you fall out of an eclipse you need to do the opposite one next to. And you are right about the internal CD, this is why you try to "fish" for the solar procs when your Lunar is CD.
If you've got 3 points in Improved Insect Swarm then should you not use the correct dot (IS / MF) at the start of the Solar / Lunar Eclipse before you start spamming Wrath / Starfire?
I could if people really want to see it, but full discloser, that's not the actual UI I use to play. I made these UIs so its easy to tell what's going on for someone watching the video. But stay tuned I might find some time to make a UI video.

Improved Moonkin Form also gives the 3% Haste buff to the raid, lots of people forget that part.

Improved insecr swarm is bad, dots should be reaplied because of the idol… put points in owlkin frenzy
