EkxX20 Today was a slight drizzle bike did okay but Once the rain stops I will do a full review and range test on streets and trails

The noise you are hearing is your clutch or the gears inside the hub motor because I recognize the noise because I have the exactly the same bike and I experience the same thing with my bike around this time last year. I contacted the seller of the bike and they ask me to make a short video demonstrating the sound as I twist the throttle. The engineer determined it was the clutch inside the motor that needed to be replaced. The company sent me a new clutch or nylon gears for the motor.

Sound Is rotors scrapping but u can adjust it to take Sound away, also if u reprogram panel it can go 37mph

I went into the program max I could get was “34” on screen but actually 28 and 30 with pedal assist

@DykeOnByke did you change your tire size from 20inch to 26inch, that also gives ebike more power

The speedometer changes to 44mph but actually speed does not change it does however boost for a long period it seems like

I have the same bike Deepower x20 2000W and sounds like your brake pads are rubbing

Have you tried goin up east Carson street with this? Curious on their claims on climbing

Nope not yet but maybe I’ll try this weekend and it seems to get up hills but at slow speeds so definitely going to upgrade soon
