I watch their videos purely to see the parks because they do a very thorough job of showing everything in detail. I’ll give them that. But otherwise I find both of them obnoxious. Kitra not as much but Peter…good god. He’s one of those classic socially awkward neckbeards who thinks he’s smarter than everyone and can never give anyone the satisfaction of being impressed or pleased by anything. He gets off on being disagreeable and picky.
Your video quality is so good. And not just the visual quality but also the audio quality and the storyline.. the way you guys edit your videos and string together the story makes it so seamless and enjoyable to watch
I feel like these Japan trip videos have done a great job showing off both of your senses of humor. From Kitra's Uranus joke to Peter's Joke about Pluto. I just am gonna be so sad when these Japan vlogs end.

We are heading down to Disneyland for the Christmas season and are excited but after seeing this, the parks here in the US can't hold a candle to the parks in Japan when it comes to beauty and detail. It's nice to see the lights for the tornado effect in Indiana Jones working again. Contrary to popular belief, some stuff in the Tokyo parks break down, but that's really rare. Those tornado lights have been out for a while. And yeah, the ride was built before the movie was even conceptualized.
My husband and i spent our honeymoon in tdr 7 yrs ago and we became so obsessed with the curry that we perfected the recipe and ended up opening a curry restaurant back home in the philippines

27:34 This reminded me of a time I got to be in the crowd for the filming of the WDW Christmas concert. It filmed very late at night when the park was closed, like 2 am. Anyway, the characters were part of the concert, and as they were waiting between takes, they were always “on”. It was really fun to watch them interact with each other. I was impressed since we weren’t really guests of the park but extras, and they entertained us nonetheless.
I already wanted to go to Tokyo DisneySea and these videos just make me want to go more. I love that they have a replica of the Queen Mary. I’m obsessed with that ship.

Not sure when this video was filmed, but I visited Tokyo Disneysea yesterday and Journey to the Center of the Earth was closed for refurbs! Was disappointed about that, but nonetheless had a great time during my first visit from the U.S.!

Another great TDS vlog yall. Ya'll gave an Ordinary Adventure Star to each one of my favorite snacks. The only thing I’ve yet to try is the Ice Cream Monaka sandwich. The Raging Spirits coaster is actually pretty smooth ,and not painful at all. The version of the ride at DL Paris is the rough one. Ketra’s Mickey Burger ears are the best! I got my a pair of those , as well as a Mickey Burger backpack last time I was there I’m going to go ahead and say American Waterfront is the beast land at the park. Followed closely by Mysterious Island
The Japanese people are SO amazing, kind and tame and I think that is a huge reason these parks are so loved. Such an amazing experience. Really spoils you for the other disney parks.

OMG you found the hamburger ears!! So jealous! We searched every single stand/shop we saw in TD and TDSea for them, but came up empty handed. A few shops told us they are gone now and there are no more in stock or coming in, but you found them a week after we left. The Disney gods smile upon you :D

Does Japan love Star Wars? I was shocked to see star tours never had a line the entire time we were there and there was no Star Wars merch anywhere in the resort

I have a bias, being a science fiction and anime fan, who is old enough to have seen too many things. 😁 Japan embraced Star Wars fully back in the ‘70s, and it was the trigger that allowed Space Battleship Yamato to revive from it’s lackluster launch in 1974 to completely dominate Japanese pop culture for six solid years. That ‘Yamato Boom’ helped fuel the entire Japanese SF world which boosted Star Wars even more. I think that Japanese fandom chilled some with the Sequel trilogy, generally not liking it. They still love Star Wars and, well, blah blah. It may be that Tokyo Disney just isn’t putting a ‘push’ on the Star Wars I.P. for those reasons, maybe the feeling is that Star Tours is stale and has no ‘snap’. Did you guys ride Star Tours? Is that a future vid? I know you are hard core ‘Star Wars 4 Life(day)😆) folks, i can’t imagine you not riding Star Tours in Japan. One thing about Japan is, taking chances is generally not approved of. They probably have to crunch a lot of numbers and do a great deal of consulting before making a Star Wars World park akin to these current videos. I suspect the crash and burn of Galactic Starcruiser really shocked them.

Ya'll gave an Ordinary Adventure Star to each one of my favorite snacks. The only thing I’ve yet to try is the Ice Cream Monaka sandwich.
The Raging Spirits coaster is actually pretty smooth ,and not painful at all. The version of the ride at DL Paris is the rough one.
Ketra’s Mickey Burger ears are the best! I got my a pair of those , as well as a Mickey Burger backpack last time I was there
I’m going to go ahead and say American Waterfront is the beast land at the park. Followed closely by Mysterious Island
Mysterious Island I think is my favorite. I guess we gotta try the coaster next time

The Japanese people are SO amazing, kind and tame and I think that is a huge reason these parks are so loved. Such an amazing experience. Really spoils you for the other disney parks.

OMG you found the hamburger ears!! So jealous! We searched every single stand/shop we saw in TD and TDSea for them, but came up empty handed. A few shops told us they are gone now and there are no more in stock or coming in, but you found them a week after we left. The Disney gods smile upon you :D

Does Japan love Star Wars? I was shocked to see star tours never had a line the entire time we were there and there was no Star Wars merch anywhere in the resort

I have a bias, being a science fiction and anime fan, who is old enough to have seen too many things. 😁 Japan embraced Star Wars fully back in the ‘70s, and it was the trigger that allowed Space Battleship Yamato to revive from it’s lackluster launch in 1974 to completely dominate Japanese pop culture for six solid years. That ‘Yamato Boom’ helped fuel the entire Japanese SF world which boosted Star Wars even more. I think that Japanese fandom chilled some with the Sequel trilogy, generally not liking it. They still love Star Wars and, well, blah blah.
It may be that Tokyo Disney just isn’t putting a ‘push’ on the Star Wars I.P. for those reasons, maybe the feeling is that Star Tours is stale and has no ‘snap’. Did you guys ride Star Tours? Is that a future vid? I know you are hard core ‘Star Wars 4 Life(day)😆) folks, i can’t imagine you not riding Star Tours in Japan.
One thing about Japan is, taking chances is generally not approved of. They probably have to crunch a lot of numbers and do a great deal of consulting before making a Star Wars World park akin to these current videos. I suspect the crash and burn of Galactic Starcruiser really shocked them.

Peter is right that the ride is before the move Crystal Skull. The sea salt ice cream is really good. "When could you get something in DL for $2?" Hm... I don't remember, My guess is around 1970. I think in 1978 it was around $3.50.(Sorry, I was a kid so not so good about prices back then).Thanks for coming back to ride the other rides.
