What is so great about this project?? I think its the worst layout planning for a society. Everyhing is surrounded by concrete, too less open space to breath
Well… I bought house in this project. So, I will give you my thought process while choosing this project.
1. If you are buying house in city then it’s presumed that you are okay with concrete all around you.
2. Any builder who has land parcel in square or rectangular shape will opt for this layout.
3. you either get city/ mountain view if you booked flat on outer side or you get the amenities view if you have flat inner side.
it is arguable but in this project all the greenery is right in centre which gives you single park but larger in size.
If you are driving within a complex the traffic flow will be in straight lines, which is again helpful in swift movements.
4. There is less dead space in flat layout.
Bigger bedrooms, specious living room.
But smaller bathrooms and narrow passage way. Some may not like this. In fact I personally hated it. But if you think it through you won’t be wasting money on something which you hardly use.
5. Project location. Closer to IT companies. Metro station is hardly 5 min walk. VJ Happiness street is 5 min walk. There is Ryan international school in 10 min walk. Also, there is new school building across the road in VJ project, building construction is almost finished which you can see on google maps.
6. Price is competitive.
