    I also train Brazilian jujitsu but my training partner asked me why is my conditioning so great even though I’m 48 years old and stronger than most mid 35 and under… Thank you pentagon

    Yet another excellent session from Pentagon MMA. I rarely have the time to attend my K1 class so these online sessions are perfect to do on bag in garage at home. Thank you once again for being the best part of my day. Very much appreciate you posting these lessons.

    I love your workouts. They are exactly what I need and I'm proud of myself that I can keep up. In all the videos I've watched in your channel this video had 5 ads in it. I kept having to take my boxing gloves off to skip the ads. I know it's a money making thing but it is really annoying to the followers who are the reason you have ads in the first place. Can you contact TH-cam and see about changing this? Maybe one ad in the beginning would suffice. Thank you.

    Kinda funny that I stumbled upon this video. I'm in my late sixties and have allowed myself to get WAY out of shape. I've been thinking of getting a heavy bag to help work on losing some weight and getting back into shape. I think I will play this video in the background while doing my workout...if I can discipline myself to do it. Great video, thanks.

      ​@@PentagonMMA always will be feeling great and great after following all of the follow along workout... especially the tepp focus... thats very very effective for me... before i was hard to get the stability when doing teep... aftor did the workout... woooww feel diferent and greater...

      I think I have done this one 2-3 times now, and I’d have to say my favorite thing about the workout is the variability in striking. I liked that there were low kicks, body kicks, teeps and the hand combinations. I’m sure these videos take a lot of effort so I hope that each of you know that I appreciate the hard work so much and for helping myself and other viewers to stay active. If I ever visit VA I’ll definitely try to do an in-person session.

    Hey, this is my favourite work out so far - love the added Teeps and Cross leading combos... can you PLEASE re-do this with the Microphone working (it cuts out) as its hard to hear your explanations :)

    what happened to the original kickboxing heavy bag workout? It stared off with hop kicking front kicks left and right, then hop roundhouses left and right, then it was like 30 seconds of non stop jabbing, left, right, left, right etc. Then it was a few hand combinations, then you started leg combinations, back to hoping kicks, some push ups and squats anyways and the ending was non stop punches which you referred to as non stop jabs i believe. IT was up for at least 2 years. U used to cycle in and out of my workout regimen. I really liked that one and I cant find it anymore. If theres anyways to reupload some old videos especially that particular one Id appreciate it. There was two guys in it that were smaller than you but you referred to them as master so and so and master so and so. What stood out was how much those guys were struggling and how intense it was. I thought those were some good guys to aspire to because the workout was non stop for 30 minutes. It was just under 30 minutes. If that helps...

    Just slayed myself with this workout. Burned 900+ calories but I am sure I could have reached 1000 if I didn’t let me body take over at the end. Remember to not sacrifice form and retain that mind body connection
