    5:00 answered some of my questions. Around 6 breaths per minute. For 5+ minute sessions. The ratio of exhale to inhale doesn't seem to matter as much as the breathing rate so 3-6, or 5-5 are similar in their effectiveness. This is exactly what I've been finding recently. I've been doing 3-6 for 5 minutes and it has actually solved a big issue for me which was post-meal anxiety... didn't realize that my breathing was affected after eating a large meal which was causing anxiety.
