    Idc about ppl talking to me. It’s the lack of transportation that’s killing me. Then the no corner stores

    This video is hilarious! I just got back from vacationing in ATL and Savannah. I was taken aback in Savannah. Everyone spoke, saying “hello, thank you, please” or making small talk! I want to move to Savannah. The place is beautiful and the people are so friendly.

    I disagree with #1. New Yorkers are very sociable, you go to any bar or any spot and people will talk to you. Networking is key in NYC so most people when they go out they talk to others. I still live here in NYC and we do talk to people. The only time we don't want to talk to people is when we are walking to a specific place or in the subway.

      Nah. NYC is a bunch of toxic anti-social clowns. ATL has a far better social environment, and much superior nightlife.

      Facts!! Not from NY but from Philly(I travel back and forth) and ppl say the same about us 😂 we do talk just not to random people all the time 😂they want us talkin to strangers who wave or say hello little do they know we are nice but also very very guarded because people are sketchy or waste your time when you got places to go. You can’t do that in a city where it’s crowded and has a fast pace. People are constantly rushing around and when we finally get to relax we just want to chill in peace while we have it.

    I don’t know what part of “Atlanta” she lives in but she must be talking about the whole of Georgia.. I’m from here. There are plenty Chinese restaurants, diners, and pizza joints IN ATLANTA! Now as far as the walking in the city, and the pace of traffic… true but we do have trains and subways that aren’t that different from NY. Let’s talk about the Bodegas.. we have plenty of those especially in the city… we call them convenient stores or just “stoe”. Lol yeah so idk where she’s been in ATL but some of these are a reach..

      @mariahw.4430 ปีที่แล้ว

      Yeah, and if not the convenience store, shit gas stations have shit we need.

    • @steev7343
      @steev7343 ปีที่แล้ว

      True I’ve been there and noticed that too but it’s about Atlanta vs NY it may apply to Baltimore but she’s talking to people who want to move to NY or Atlanta.

    The social environment in Atlanta is by far, more racially divided than the social environment in New York.

    I was born, raised and currently live in NY. So I feel you. But the way you describe ATL, its like you were describing the country where my parents are from, Dominican Republic. Especially point number 2 and 1.
    I was never believed back in DR that NYers are the rudest people on earth. How? When someone says good morning to you or hello, first thought a NYer has is, "what does this person want? what is their angle?" Its just a NY thing. Trust me, we are all like that. Even if there are folks that dont admit it. When surveys come out stating that NY is the rudest place in the US, they are 100% right. I hate saying that about my home town but its true 🥺😞😫If someone says hello and your first thought is that there is an angle to that hello, sorry but that make you rude. Dag, I hate saying that about NY, its true. Periodt

  • @BissyH

    Lmao also the sense of urgency is a reach! The only people that will stop you in the street of ATL is a crackhead.. other than that we get to where we need to go.
