Where are some of the best areas you can get best affordable price? Looking a home. In Chatham. Bradley point. Effingham. Spring field. Midway. Portwentworh. Trying to find one close to otis j Brock elementary..currently in Berwick which is very convenient being close to almost everywhere but home prices up here.. and taxes high
We recently moved from mid Michigan to Lost Plantation in Rincon. The town is kinda small but a well situated location. Surprised Rincon didn’t make the list.
It’s still a great place to live, but it was not one of the absolutely expensive. I now live in Springfield, but I lived in Rincon for many years myself. I love this area! I just wish we had more sit down restaurants. The last thing we need is another fast food chicken place. Looks like we’re getting a Sushihana over by tin fin soon!
@@georgiacoasthomes coming from other states including a short time living in Long Beach CA. I’ve noticed the infrastructure and retail is very limited in this area to what I’m used to. Especially transportation. But that’s kinda what makes this area so special. And other than the traffic it’s what people want. Totally agree on the restaurants. Luckily Savannah is a short drive down 21. I go to Savannah just to eat and hang out probably once a week. You just can’t beat historic Savannah
I want to move there so bad. My wife and I just visited the aria from California. We stayed at Tybee island and visited all the neighboring towns around Savannah we even had shrimp and grits.(yum) Now all I need to do is get someone to buy my house in Cali lol
Shrimp n grits are my favorite! It sounds like homes in CA are still selling like crazy so hopefully it won't take you too long. We moved here many years ago from the Napa area and I can get 3X the house here for 1/4 the price. Am I convincing you yet? 😂
Both rent n own have pros n cons but I'd advise anyone who can sustain a home n mortgage to get a home..just wish the mortgages wasn't out wack right now
Please stop telling people to move to Ga. Most of my family lines have been here since just after the Revolution and far too many people are here now. It used to be the ridiculous biases about the south kept them the hoards away. It’s not keeping them away now and it hasn’t for decades. We are just too crowded, they need to return to New York in California and everywhere else they’re coming from. It’s not personal, there’s no room left in the Inn 😢

Agreed! So many great places to eat downtown. It’s hard to choose! Does Lost Plantation have a driving range? My son is learning to play golf.
@@georgiacoasthomes yes there is a driving range right next to the pools

Californians are reason cities get ruined and inflated..in Idaho and Montana you have to disclose if your from killifornia ..
