Are there specific DMTs that have been shown to slow down brain atrophy more than others? What about the use of alpha lipoic acid? This has been shown to decrease atrophy significantly in studies. * also flax seed oil and higher vit d levels have been associated with far lower relapse rates... Personally take: 3000 IU vit D, kurkuma (general body inflammation reduction), ALA - lipoic acid, vit B complex and make a berry smoothie with flax oil as often as I can. From what I have seen these are all somewhat associated with lowering inflammation / being good for the brain in general. Anyone else who has tips please let me know :) Diagnosed last year... :/
