@@davidbolam7962 they told us they hoped by Christmas 2024. I have asked for updated information, but I know they no longer like to give exact dates with the unpredictability of shipping and manufacturing.
How well does this cut fabric like Pellon interfacing? Also, can it cut a small hole and then a bigger hole afterwards on the same section? Looking to make some slipmats for turntables.
@@funKdatFPV the machine has not been released yet. This was it's debut at the Silhouette Summit. It has the same cut capabilities for fabric as the Cameo 4 models.
Seriously Silhouette? I was waiting for the Pro version and literally just purchased the Cameo 5 Plus, and a week later, they drop the Cameo Pro MK II. 🤦🏾♀️ Anybody wanna trade. 😂 I'm so mad at Silhouette.
@@homespunluxury new products are never revealed until they are ready to do so. Silhouette Summit has always been when they announce new products. They are even more right lipped about it than in years past because individuals would release the info too early. This is pretty much an industry standard. Cricut doesn't announce they'll be releasing a new machine in a year or two. Brother doesn't announce a new machine a year or two in advance. New types of HTV aren't announced a year in advance..... Just a few examples.
@SilhouetteSecrets I totally understand that. I'm just mad that I didn't because something in my soul told me they were getting ready to drop the 24". Literally 2 or 3 weeks after I purchase the 5 pro, the 24" drops. Lol.
“ Silhouette should let us know they were working on a 24” when the Cameo 5 came out.” This happened when the announced the Cameo 5. Cameo 5 - 12” Cameo 5 Plus - 15” Cameo 5 Pro - 24” They simply remained the last one to Cameo Pro Mk II
Thank you for keeping us informed. Appreciate you!!

Does it engrave/foil as well like cameo 5?
Wondering if it’s going to have big issues like the last pro. I loved it but had so many issues
Like what? Major issues?
I thought there was only a cameo 4 or 5. Never heard of a pro anything.
@@deedaw9246 Cameo 4 Pro has been out since November 2020.
I wonder where Silhouette Summitt 2024 is at?
