I had an online lesson from Rob, and was recommended to use something between my arms to help me improve a few swing flaws. He went through some low cost/no cost options as well as the connector. I dont regret buying the connector as it is easier to use during range sessions when im hitting like 50 ball with it. I was using a balloon and a deflated volleyball as well but they were so awkward. btw a Rob Cheney lesson is a great investment in your game. My strikes are very consistent on the course and ive shot 3 of my better rounds ever since the lesson.
Just got this and it might be worth the $100 just for helping me set up better. I’ve used a smart ball and do a decent job of keeping my arms close, but the rods on this help with alignment. All of a sudden I’m coming from the inside more. It’s a very different feel at setup. Looking forward to working with this more!
I think it's easier to hold on to than the Structure Ball (that's not necessarily a good thing). So it's less challenging in terms of keeping the elbows/arm close together. The rods on The Connector also make it easier to hold onto the ball, but the same rods help with the arm alignment and the external rotation of the trail arm/elbow.

That’s awesome to hear! It’s a great training aid for getting your setup dialled in.
Rob, can you do a video on slopes, up, down, above and below your feet, I am struggling using stack and tilt on slopes.
Thank you for the suggestion. I'll certainly look to make one of these in the coming weeks.
Hi Rob, any thoughts on how this compares to a Watson StructureBall?

Sure Golf has some of the best training aids at very reasonable prices.
Don’t know what planet your living on if you think £110 is reasonable for a piece of memory foam with some rods sticking out of it. 😮

When I'm higher on the left than the right in the backswing, I feel like I'm no longer leaning properly to the side of the ball
Bought it, but I have a smart ball and prosnder and I still suck
😢
Patience!

$109 😂 think I might just poke a few chopsticks through a tennis ball instead 😊
