    When you see a tiny Russian woman doing kundalini yoga run in the opposite direction... 😅😂This was very difficult. You are one hard core lady. You perform this challenging kriya with grace and a good sense of humor tmand that's what got me through. So very worth it. I feel light and joyful after this kriya. Thank you. 🙏

    Just finished day 40… wow. What a journey.
    About ten days in I received a message that my
    first and best love from childhood died unexpectedly. This practice helped me move
    the grief for thirty more days. I shared it with his mama too, I hope she tried it because it helped me so much. Physically I feel so much more open in the chest area. My posture feels more beautiful. Emotionally I have processed so much pain and love and beauty. I have so much more love and respect for myself. Thank you so much Lisa Grail!

    I have committed to doing this kriya for 40 days, and just completed day10/40. Follow through is not my strong point, so I am eager to see it through the 40 days, if only to build my confidence to complete a set goal. Any other results will be icing on the cake. I really enjoy this kriya and love the music you have chosen to go with it. Thank you for your encouraging words in the video.

    I found that really hard. I actually got really angry during the section where the arms are at 60 degrees and we open and close the hands very fast. I'm healing from a lot of emotional trauma and this really helped. I felt very sad and agitated before the practice and afterwards I felt very calm and they I cried and had an emotional release. It was so strange I felt a tingling sensation all through my right hand and arm towards the end when we were doing the Venus lock. Thank you I have subscribed, you are a great teacher.

    I'm on day 5, I have attempted to do 40 days several times but my ego wasn't ready for the change. It truly is a beautiful practise, I went into this 40 day practise with a different perspective. Within a few days, i could feel my heart opening and I was no longer afraid of being vulnerable. I can't wait to see my progress after 40 days. Thanks for uploading this video. Sat Nam.

      Yes! Both kriyas are short and not super difficult. But not in a row better. One early morning another later.

      Probably I mentioned in the first videos about it. That first I was doing to help myself with depression. Practiced each day during around 3 months and then began to study at Russian Yogi Bhajan school in moscow. We have cetifications, but not international. To get international I have to go to USA or France🙏🏽

      ( Translation: "I bow to the subtle divine wisdom, I bow to the divine teacher within")
      and Mangalacharan mantra for protection:

      Sat Guray Nameh,
      Siri Guroo Dayvay Nameh

      Hello Paulette! I suggest you the complex work - kundalini yoga + psychological help (if necessary and if you have a good psychiatrist, some traumas of the past can block you). As from my experience I really felt my heart opening psychically after the constant practice! I recommend you trying all kriyas from the playlist "4th chakra. Anahata". Maybe here you can choose one and practice it 40 days in a row. 40 days in a row - this is for the best result, they say after 40 days kriya begins to work at cell's level.. About the exercise you can't do, I can suggest doing it as you can😁, even without lifting yourself off the floor but just trying. The main goal of this exercise to push the energy up from the 1st chakra muladhara to the upper chakras.
      Keep on practicing and gradually you will see the result on emotional and physical levels. Sat Nam 🙏🏽✨

      I was trying to delete my comment as I commented before doing the kriyas. I just completed it, thank you so much for uploading, it was wonderful! I did manage to lift myself off the ground( not as fast as you) but that lesson served as an important reminder that my ego was placing a barrier to my practise before even trying. It was subconscious mind blocking my heart chakra from opening again. My body felt so good after that kriya. I've done many heart opening excercises but nothing has been so effective as this one. I love the feeling of lightness, vulnerability and openess in my body as I write these words. When I was doing the practise, I visualized having a soulmate in my life and how wonderful it was to receive and give love. The visualizations were not ruined by fears or doubts, my mind allowed myself to tap into the energy of love. I'm so excited to see what I will be like after doing this for 40 days.     hi! can u do this on my period? i just did ur anger kriya with the tongue out breathing. u said that that breathing shouldn't be done on ur period and i was wondering if the same thing applied to this video since we are also doing the tongue out breathing?

      Hello! Kriya of anger works with lower centers. Its not recommended to do hard exercises on abs & breath of fire during these days or pregnancy. But simply breath of fire is not strictly forbidden if your days are not painful. Watch your condition and if you feel like its hard to breath this way, wait 3-4 days ❤️🤗 Btw, I was making breath of fire in easy pose during these days many times and it was ok.
