@Rwdee is uc6 a gud tyre for city road with pot holes and highway, is the side wall strong for india roads
I changed my kuv100 tyres. Previous i am using Bridgestone 290 but it is discontinued. My dealer told me sturdo having issues with side wall so baught uc6. Tyres are absolutely silent.
I replaced the company fitted JK on my S-Cross with these yesterday (205/60 R16). The tyres haven’t bedded but I can feel the differences already. It’s silent, the ride is plusher, better grip during cornering, better braking. I don’t know what will be the impact on fuel-efficiency. But, hearing your review makes me hopeful. Thanks.

@RwDee planning to purchase UC6 195/55/R16 for my i20Active (Petrol), loved the tire grip. Should i be upsizing to 205/55/R16 or this is enough? Also another concern is unconditional warranty is limited to just 2 years and ive heard the side wall develops cuts, is there anything to worry? Btw i dont drive much, may be around 6000-8500 annually !
I20 is a good car so 195 is sufficient as per my experience i have tasted this nexon in mixed conditions like there is no road and highways and it was good experience so go with it you won't disappoint 😊

I have recently installed these tyres (215/60 R16 size) on my brezza diesel & I have experienced the difference in road noise, braking & comfort level during my highway drive.

It keeps the tyre cool i have tasted this pune to khopoli toll first air 2nd time nitrogen and at the time of nitrogen wheels felt hot but i can touch the tyre and noise was less in air tyre was also hot

I got front tyre cut 2 times on slightly off road.. On first incident I replaced with same tyre (warranty rejected). Now another front tyre from sidewall got cuts n bursted in same way.

I've faced a lot of sidewall punctures with the Bridgestone Dueler sport too. Now at about 40k kilometres, I am seeing cracks too.
Thinking of the UC6 or Yokohama Earth 1. (That's why I landed on the UC6 review video). Most likely will be going with UC6, seems like the best all round solution.

Goodyear TPM2 is also good tyre in budget soft compound good grip and vey less road noise. However life is 40000 km.

I had awesome experience with Michelin primacy 4 for my Nexon... Replaced all 4 tyres with Continental UC6... Because Michelin has discontinued 16" Tyres😢
there is no doubt Michelin is the best tyre but they are not made for mix condition those who travel on highway and city michelin is good for them

@@RwdeeIndians are fond of warranty for the sidewall moreover biggest problem with Michelin was tyre cracks if parked under sun for longer durations. Covid lockdowns accentuated the problem & they had to leave the country.

@Rwdee tyre pressure 32 rakha hai.. gadi 49k chali hai.. suspension ka issue nahi hai pehle aisa nahi hota tha.. I think tyre soft hai isiliye aisa ho raha hai
apki hight badh gayi hai so GC bhi gadi ka badh gaya hai so thoda bounce feel hoga aapko 205 55 16 rakhte toh better hota

Bro, i am planning to replace my goodyear stock tyres of nexon diesel. It has run around 75k kms on highways and sometimes bad roads. Tyres have become very noisy now and needs replacement. I am confused between continental uc6 and Yokohama. Can you advise which one i should go for as per my driving terrains. Thanks.

I suggest continental uc6 it's lighter than earth 1 so more milage more silent but if go more rough terrain go with Earth 1 its more tougher but more noisy too even uc6 can handle though terrien so i will pik UC6

Sir I own creta and I am using 215/60/R17 Apollo tyres with alloy wheels and they are worn out after 31000km and now I want to shift to Bridgestone or Michelin or Continental or Yokohama and I am very much confused and main concern is I want long life tyres approx 60000km with better quality also. Agar gaadi kam chalti ha to Goodyear triplemax 2 le lo it comes with 3 years unconditional warranty or 60%treadwear + 2 years standard warranty means 5 years warranty. Condition is tyres should be bought by genuine dealer and should be registered with company for warranty.

@@Rwdee two-year unconditional warranty and a three-year standard warranty. If you're worried about service/warranty you may go for Continental which has better network in India as of now. Depending on your tyre size you can either opt for MaxContact MC5/6/7 or may be SportContact 5/6/7 whichever suits your budget and requirements. All are very good options when we can't find Michellin.
I would personally go for SportContact 6/7 if 18" rims and till date I have driven on MaxContact MC5 & UltraContact UC6 on 16" rims, now I am planning to go for UC7.
What is the exact tyre size you are looking for this time? May be you can do a review of SportContact or PremiumContact series.

@@Rwdee you will easily get Vredestein Ultrac for that size. You just need a reputed tyre shop. Should cost you around approx 7.5-8.5k each.
I myself did not go for Vredestein Ultrac as it was not available when I was looking for alternative of Michellin PS3 and ended up with Ultrac after a thorough test drives taken on one of my friends car. But finally as Vredestein was not available, we went with MC5.
