Very informative . I am using Continental Tyres ( German Technology) since last two years for my Maruti New Dzire. So far I am finding these most comfortable on high ways & off roads.

If possible, plz share more info on Ceat secura-drive or should I go for some others. I have mostly city drive but some 5-6 hour long highway drives here n there. You could have improved the video by mentioning on the screen the names of the tyres as you speak.
What a great info. If only you’d uploaded this video six months back I would not have purchased earth 1s, which definitely has irritating road noise as compared to my stock goodyear assurance ones .
Very informative and ellaborative video. I completely agree with your views. My seltos came fitted with Goodyear assuramce triplemax 1 and they lasted for about 45K only. Now i have fitted yomohama earth and my experience is mixed. They were expensive than Bridgestone and the shop keeper said that yomohama easily last for 60k. But i need the most comfortable and silent tyres, since i dont have continental in my city i will go for bridgestone next time.
mast content bro. i have used michelin primacy 4st 195 section in honda city. i did 70k kms on that. very impressive tyres but when it was time to change them they were unavailable. than i got conti uc6 185 section in the same honda city. conti are at par with michelin. in fact i found the comfort more on the conti. on cemented roads also they make very less noice. only drawback was that fuel efficency dropped by 1 or 2 kmpl despite michelin being wider. may be bcz of less rolling resistance in michelin. still i will get ultra contact 6 next time.
Best infirmative video so far on youtube, Suggest 215,60,R17 tyre for creta Goodyear triplemax 2 or apollo appetra. 6000-7000 km running in a year, in plains, less offroad and hills.

Michelin primacy 4 = if road smooth high speed drive is very good , steering lighter , Continental UC6 = soft side wall , absorbs bumps if roads are bad , less noise , high speed drive not good. Yohohama tyres in india are made harder this includes blueearth they are different from what they r selling in Japan. Many top brands always stock not available when it comes to fuel efficent tyres with low rolling resistance.

Primisy 4st is good, comfortable ride..but due to soft rubber material it's grip will not last too long if you running your car in high Speeds..and sometimes puncture easily..I have changed primisy 4st to uc6 in my audi..I have drive 40k km..but till now to a single puncture was there.. braking is excellent..now I will change My tyre again with uc6@@CallmeDuffer

@@raghavpatidar9409 for 215 section tyre, good tyres start from 11k and normal tyres from 8k so at 8-9 you'll get tyre from MRF Apollo (Apterra cross) but for great comfort, you have to spend 11k per tyre for continental UC6
I had R16 JK in my car. I was tired of fixing punctures in it. Had to change it premature as it had just too many punctures. Got Bridgestone Potenza G3. Had a peaceful ownership after that. Hardly 4-5 punctures over past 37K km. Never go for JK Tyre
I am using Polo 195/55 R16. I need to change the Tyres and have finalized below brands 1. Michelin Primacy - 1124 manufacturing which means almost 7 months old tyres. I have heard that tyre becomes hard within 3 years. 2. Yokohama Bluearth AE51 3. Continental UC6 - Have heard that it reduces the tyre noise however after few kms around 10k to 15k, the tyre noise gets increased gradually. 4. Bridgestone Turanza 6i - Got bad reviews from dealers hence not opting as not sure if these are good or not. Please help me which one is good.
Tyre becomes hard in 5yrs, that too by using them under sunlight. If michelins are stored in a dry shaded area, get them. Second good option is Turanza 6i, extremely comfortable and silent one

But there are visible cracks seen on the sides of the tire, the tread is fine and not worn out. But one of the yclub network member, said e400 tyres are having noise complaints & company is looking into it & discouraged me. He recommended BS Turanza 6i & Continental UC6. Initially I thought he wanted to clear his stock, but after watching this vdo, I'm convinced. I'm contemplating b/w 6i & Uc6 & bluearth AE51. What's ur tk? I have Dzire zdi plus amt. Got 2018 December. But original tyre of bridgestone is not good and not given me replaced in 2200km running. Even that time Michelin tyres side wall also weak then i used pirelie front two. And back side Michelin in 2020 lock down period. Now pireli tyrs getting cracks on design but tyre is still performing good. As per you said I want best tyres for my car and needs good side wall then wich tyre is good? Size 185/65 R 15.For highway is no problems but some roughly roads as village road or new construction making roads wich is best or economical? Now 55k km running.
I'm Using Michelin XM2+ 195/60 R15 tyres in my VW Vento Tdi. It just lasted 30,000 Kms with just about 4-5 Thousand more Kms. I used it on Highways only with moderate speeds of 80-100 Km/H. Please Suggest A Better Mileage Tyre with Same Handling and Better Wet Braking.
@@susheelIndian most tyre can't provide better wet braking than Xm2+ but you'll get similar experience in UC6. Alignment should be kept in check as Xm2+ has a longer life span than Just 35k kms.

My concern are I have 2nd gen swift(noise insulation is bad), the tyre I have MRF zlx and running is around 50k but the tyres are too much noisy at high-speed and concrete pavement,treads are still available little bit. Need your suggestion for my XUV300, 215/55 R17. I stay in Bangalore and I travel too much on highways. Looking for highway terrain tyres, however off road sometimes. Confused between Michelin Primary 4 ST or Bridgestone T001. Knowing our Indian roads with so many potholes even in highways.

Michelin primacy 4 = if road smooth high speed drive is very good , steering lighter , Continental UC6 = soft side wall , absorbs bumps if roads are bad , less noise , high speed drive not good.
Yohohama tyres in india are made harder this includes blueearth they are different from what they r selling in Japan. Many top brands always stock not available when it comes to fuel efficent tyres with low rolling resistance.
A soothing sound (good content) amongst unnecessary noise. Keep up the good work.
What tyre do you suggest for Altroz XM Plus (Petrol), 2021. My usage is a mix of hills, city, village and highway and looking for BUDGET tyres with good grip, longevity and less highway noise. Primisy 4st is good, comfortable ride..but due to soft rubber material it's grip will not last too long if you running your car in high Speeds..and sometimes puncture easily..I have changed primisy 4st to uc6 in my audi..I have drive 40k km..but till now to a single puncture was there.. braking is excellent..now I will change My tyre again with uc6@@CallmeDuffer

@@raghavpatidar9409 for 215 section tyre, good tyres start from 11k and normal tyres from 8k so at 8-9 you'll get tyre from MRF Apollo (Apterra cross) but for great comfort, you have to spend 11k per tyre for continental UC6

I had R16 JK in my car. I was tired of fixing punctures in it. Had to change it premature as it had just too many punctures. Got Bridgestone Potenza G3. Had a peaceful ownership after that. Hardly 4-5 punctures over past 37K km. Never go for JK Tyre
I am using Polo 195/55 R16. I need to change the Tyres and have finalized below brands
1. Michelin Primacy - 1124 manufacturing which means almost 7 months old tyres. I have heard that tyre becomes hard within 3 years.
2. Yokohama Bluearth AE51
3. Continental UC6 - Have heard that it reduces the tyre noise however after few kms around 10k to 15k, the tyre noise gets increased gradually.
4. Bridgestone Turanza 6i - Got bad reviews from dealers hence not opting as not sure if these are good or not.
Please help me which one is good.
Tyre becomes hard in 5yrs, that too by using them under sunlight. If michelins are stored in a dry shaded area, get them. Second good option is Turanza 6i, extremely comfortable and silent one

I had purchased Apollo 4G life as stepney (for Etios) 1.5 years back. Have never used it. Now planning to replace existing tyres with Muchelin Prinacy 4. Obviously, the Apollo tyre will never come in rotation. Any suggestions how to tackle this situation?
Check the air pressure and keep it as stepney. It can be kept for 6yrs if it is away from heat, sunlight etc

I dont know if you will read and answer this or not but my question is, my car is honda amaze 2016 and are still on stock tyres, car is only 24k kms driven till now. But there are visible cracks seen on the sides of the tire, the tread is fine and not worn out.
The issue is my car doesnt have ABS, so do i need to keep that in mind while deciding on which tires to get?

Nice video, How is Goodyear Duraplus 2 tyre (145/70-13 inch) for wagon R personal use.
They are fine but develop cracks and bubbles on potholes, not very sturdy.

Alloy upgrade is totally your choice. You can upgrade the size to 185/70-14 for better grip on high speeds and get the Turanza 6i, UC6 etc

I wanted to replace with Michelin but they are not available anymore on their website nor in mkt. So, I narrowed down to goodyear max 2/eagle f1 gsd 3, Continental uc6/cc6, pirelli p6, & yokohama earth e400. But one of the yclub network member, said e400 tyres are having noise complaints & company is looking into it & discouraged me. He recommended BS Turanza 6i & Continental UC6. Initially I thought he wanted to clear his stock, but after watching this vdo, I'm convinced. I'm contemplating b/w 6i & Uc6 & bluearth AE51. What's ur tk? I want to drive in peace & enjoy, & not be disturbed by external tyre sounds.

for the current size I've finalized UC6 over Sturdo but upsizing opens up the option for Turanza 6i which is the latest update in tyres and since U6 is a bit old as 7series could be out anytime now in India
Hope UC6 or Turanza 6i won't be a pain in pothole laden roads

@@ng4733 turanza is more comfortable, uc6 has more grip. And as i said above, it is worth if you want extra grip for high speeds otherwise stock is fine

Tyres you mentioned are a downgrade from Sturdo actually so what's the thing you dont like in Sturdo so as to not repeat them again?
I have Dzire zdi plus amt. Got 2018 December. But original tyre of bridgestone is not good and not given me replaced in 2200km running. Even that time Michelin tyres side wall also weak then i used pirelie front two. And back side Michelin in 2020 lock down period. Now pireli tyrs getting cracks on design but tyre is still performing good. As per you said I want best tyres for my car and needs good side wall then wich tyre is good? Size 185/65 R 15.For highway is no problems but some roughly roads as village road or new construction making roads wich is best or economical? Now 55k km running.

I'm Using Michelin XM2+ 195/60 R15 tyres in my VW Vento Tdi. It just lasted 30,000 Kms with just about 4-5 Thousand more Kms. I used it on Highways only with moderate speeds of 80-100 Km/H.

@@susheelIndian most tyre can't provide better wet braking than Xm2+ but you'll get similar experience in UC6. Alignment should be kept in check as Xm2+ has a longer life span than Just 35k kms.

My concern are I have 2nd gen swift(noise insulation is bad), the tyre I have MRF zlx and running is around 50k but the tyres are too much noisy at high-speed and concrete pavement,treads are still available little bit.

Best is Michelin XM2+, you can opt for UC6 as well. Also get the floor damping done for noise insulation
