If you listen carefully to their 2014 Enter Sandman cover, you can hear the (three different) accents of their English teachers as learned by Spanish speakers. Currently they have all worked hard on a North American (United States radio) accent.
Since Pau and Ale were still under the 15 year old cutoff for the Berklee program they used this as an example of what Pau and Ale could do to show that they could keep up. BTW, I don't know if you noticed that Pau was playing the cymbals on the up stroke at times. Note that this was the end of the school year at their school. It's not really broken up like an US high school and elementary school. It's a private Catholic school so yes, a lot of their classmates also spoke English, Spanish and French.
That was "The Mom Cam" (Monica) with the view behind Pau. This concert was a couple of months after they released their first EP, "Escape the Mind" and a couple of months prior to them attending the Berklee College of Music summer session. The age limit is for the summer session is 15+. Dany was 15, but Ale was 10 and Pau 13. They attended a week long orientation class to determine their ability. Needless to say, that wasn't an issue. While there, their mom carried Ale's bass because it would hit the back of her legs and the Berklee campus is spread out in separate buildings so there was a lot of walking. Because of Ale being so young (nearly 5 years younger than Dany), she was allowed to attend classes with Dany or atleast classes in the same building and times as Dany. Dave Ellefson, now former bass player of Megadeath, was one their music instructors and Ale's bass teacher. Berklee is where Dany wrote "When I'm Alone." Remember, FF are 5 piece with 3 guitars, a 6 piece if you count keyboard. In this song Ale uses a pick. It's hard to see because she's across the stage and blocked by Dany, but if you watch her carefully she is strumming the bass strings, not fingering them. Notice the long down stokes she uses at the beginning, during the bridge, and the end of the song. She also places the pick on the body of the bass after the song is over. Talent. Sure they practice but without that level of talent you don't do this at that age. And this is only about a year after they posted Enter Sandman on YT.
this was their concert at "Liceo" (basically Spanish for "learning place" or "high school") so a concert they put on at their school... a concert which had multiple purposes... for one, the story is that they needed something to submit to Berklee Music College, in Boston, showing Ale's and Pau's chops and how well they played their instruments... this because both of them were less than 15 years old which is/was the age cut off for the summer program they were wanting to attend there... each of them chose a song to show off their talents...
