Ok, without context from the musical, this song is probably one of the sweetest songs in musical history, but with the context.....it becomes really bittersweet
I didn't like seventeen too much, but after watching this 10 times I've come to the conclusion that this is probably one of my favorite songs :)

If only this musical could be about JD learning to choose love over violence, and they both helped to show the school that Martha is worthy of love, teach The Heathers morals, and then the 2 graduate, marry, and have cute kids together later on.

This seriously looks like a Shoujo anime, my sibling walked in on me watching this and laughed at me. But I am not here to complain, the animation is smooth and I really like the faces. I may be being bias because (who doesn’t love shoujo anime) but all in all I adore this animation. Great job, I would 100% re watch this if I get the chance.
