This really put things in perspective for me. I am a Fe user and have had many positions of responsibility in my life. One specific example, is when I was an operations manager in a call-center. I remember a specific instance where we were trying to improve productivity. My solution was to focus on employee satisfaction. We reworked break schedules and time off policies. We also relaxed the dress code. It resulted in a significant improvement in our metrics.
Thinking back to all of the changes that I implemented in the workplace, at the heart of them, was addressing people concerns: whether it be customers, employees, or clients.
I think it is really important to have both a Te and Fe user working together when coming up with solutions. Both sides are important.

as an ISTP with Dominant Ti and Inferior Fe... Your explanation of Fe is so accurate...
would love to hear you dig deeper on how to develop that function to connect more with people

@@NuurKal he thinks he's Te because he's goal and achievemnt oriented, but that is just part to be EJ
there are certain goals that ExFJs want to achieve mostly because of social motivations, which are a high status or a career that is considered good and important by society or the group.
He has a great understanding how people work psychologically, he can understand how others are feeling and how to act towards them in the most appropriate way and according to the kind of relationship he wants with them
He knows exactly what he wants in relationships and what the other person can give him.
He's empathetic but doesn't make decisions according to his feelings "of course" i told him "that's what Fi does, not Fe".

my ENFJ friend is so similar to my INTJ boss in how they work. So goal oriented, they know what to do without even communicating it, they find delegating task as a challenge, they skip over details as they jump into their main goals, and as INFP i had a challenge following their way of work lol. Only, in work all her decision has been very people focused, and personally my ENFJ friend puts their co-experience from her family friends and other networks as puzzle pieces that creates "HER" and she values that so much.

my grandma is an esfj and is the most selfless person ever but my esfj aunt (my grandma's son's wife) is the devil. you have to walk on egg shells around her or she'll hold a grudge on you and gossip about you with her tribespeople. My aunt likely has BPD or some other mental illness so it's interesting to see the difference between a healthy esfj and a mentally ill one. Fe dom+BPD is the worst combo ever btw.
She'll constantly nudge ppl to perform acts of service (like Te)
''aww c'mon buy us a soda we're family'' context- i used to work in a gas station close to her house
    ''Let me ''borrow'' 100 bucks''
'Let your cousin use your car right quick to pick up his girlfriend''
and if you don't give in she'll tease you until one day her rage builds up and she splits and goes off on you lmaooo. She's already split on me once (and likely gossiped about me) and still asks me for favors it's annoying as hell.

This is solid, thats a whole new perspective. Im just wondering...would Fe have a tendency to lean more on "qualitative analysis" when deciding/analysing (since u cant properly quantify emotions and feelings) while Te would have a tendency to lean more on "quantitative analysis" when deciding/analysing (since u cant really qualify results and logic)?

Maybe I’m an Fe user after all. I’ve noticed that when I’m in charge of people I always try to lighten the mood with some humor (some times at my own expense) to make it clear that I’m not a tyrant even if I appear to be one

Would recognizing that others' feelings/emotions having a potential of becoming obstacles in your way be indication of high Fe usage?
For example: "If I say x this person might become upset/offended -> offended people often justify acts of sabotage/revenge merely based on having that feeling -> this might become a potential obstacle/threat for me -> therefore it might be better to approach the situation differently and say/do y instead".
The underlying motivation isn't really care for someone else's feelings or creating a sense of connectedness, but moreso manouvering yourself out of potential problems and avoiding creating unnecessary enemies for yourself.

      Nice question!
I think that wouldn’t necessarily be just Fe!
Sounds more like either Extroverted Judging function - Te or Fe function working somewhere in the stack (not necessarily dominant)!
Your description sounds like managing a situation outside (extroverted decision making).

my view on Fe is more cynical, I think its more about take advantage of collective values. To persuade for personal gain.
