For a second I thought you had re-drawn Yoshi in exactly the same pose in every frame on the road. Doesn't make it any less impressive that you didn't, mind you, but I was impressed by your seemingly intensely ridiculous dedication to detail. However, I'm equally impressed that you manage to remind me of M.C. Escher so well.
Wow. This is great! Nice job! It looks like it was fun to do this, but like it took a long time too. Yoshi taking out that skateboarder was a nice touch. Mario Kart does get heated and violent, doesn't it? Thanks for sharing!
I love it because its the 64 version (the only one that competes with Super Mario Kart for "greatest version ever") and it's Rainbow Road, which was my favourite track.
He drew more than one picture for this one. At least 1 more for each head turn and then the objects in the road, the rest is video masking to put yoshi into the scene. He probably either walked with the camera and sped it up, or drove with a camera mounted on his car.
In reality, it pretty much is the only way (everything is animated by putting slightly altered pictures together), but putting the pictures together in different styles gives it different names.
Oh my god... that is beyond artistic. That is.... ART!!
=3

Best talent ever seen by far! More work, time, and effort all with just art and made it come to life like it's legit racing. This needs to be on news.
