I have a situation I am working on, and I need advise or suggestions of solutions.
Situation One.
We have a new large customer coming to our company. Your Customer Support team must handle all calls and emails from this large Customer, and make sure the Customer has a great Customer experience every day. Your team consists of 9 French speaking supporters in Office A and 6 French speaking supporters in Office B, but there is a big difference in their IT competencies. Team A are all educated in IT, but that’s not the case in Team B.
Task
You are aware that this could be a problem. How do you make sure that the customer doesn't see a difference in who picks up the phone or answers an email?
Situation 2:
During the past year and a half, there has been a change in the company hiring policy. Until recently, new hires were split 50/50 between the 2 offices (Office A and Office B) but due to the change, more employees are being hired in office B, creating more productivity there. Office A can see different social events and “entertainment” occurring at Office B on news blogs and social media but does not experience the same events at their location. The team at Office A is highly affected by this change and the team is trying to counteract the collaboration and are more and more demotivated.
Task
You realize that you need to restore the motivation at Office A but you do not have the means for taking the same steps as for Office B. How will you approach the situation?
Situation 3:
Your employee is not performing. You can see based on the data from ServiceNow that they solve fewer tickets and need more time for the issue resolution compared to their colleagues. You have also gathered feedback from the rest of the team - the employee almost never asks for help and they quite rarely communicate with the rest of the team. You are aware of this problem for some time, so you decided to invite the employee for a 1-1 meeting.
Task
How will you approach the 1-1 meeting to address the problem with the employee and find a solution?
Can anyone help with suggesting some useful best practices, and solutions which I can also consider apart from my own solutions?
one best thing about this guy is he lets us understand about our weakness rather than telling us what exact answers to give.!!!. its like, he mentions a lot of answers and lets us decide which one we resonate with so we can choose them.

*CareerVidz* I wanted to ask for some tips. I'm graduating from college this May, and I'm still not sure what I want to do. I'll have a bachelor's degree in English-writing, but writing and publishing stories won't easily pay the domestic bills. Maybe I'll direct plays, to change them a bit into _my_ visions (like they do for movies based on novels). That's what we did in my directing class, and I'm a very imaginative, creative thinker. I'm taking an intro to theater course this semester, and I took an acting course a couple years ago. That's it for theater courses. What now for a possible creative job in writing or theatre?

Excellent video on weaknesses. I loved 1,2 4 and 5. In addition i would like to ask how relevant is point 3 and 6 especially when i am applying for managerial/project lead role as these answers would go against me in the interview as i need to have a big thinking as well as good in providing feedback to my sub-ordinates. My honest weakness aside if is for an interview or not is that I am ghosting people too easy, not because I am not friendly or I don't respect others, I simply lose contacts too easy. Another weakness is that I am not proud of is that I am taking things personally due to my introvert and emotional personality, I always put 100% or more in whatever I do and if I feel judged/disrespected I am not gonna improve, being insulted or attacked doesn't motivate me to get better, it makes me to give minimum interest and not giving a shit.
I shouldn't say those right?
I think I will twist first weakness, like I am trully NOT good at public speech so I'll just say if I am to represent the company image and interest I'd rather prefer to do it with profesionalism and showing a good example in the line of work for others rather than going on a stage and do a speech or being exposed to talk to an audience. I honestly don't want to improve this, I don't care to do speeches, my life is too short to learn things I don't like, I like getting out of my comfort zone quite often but I won't for this.

But if I say I have overcome my weakness. Can I still say it if it relates to the job? My weakness is that I am shy and not confident when talking to people. But after working for x years in my company, I have stepped out of my comfort as my work heavily involved talking to a wide range of people (examples....). Job includes talking to variety of people.

Not other weaknesses . Only weakness is lack of fund. Every required can do soon if there is intended finance to implement. Not implementation can be done without any fund . . This is most factor problem. This factor is very important sector , which we didn't understand you and I, . Becouse all responsibly cant take one part . You have rejected taking your side . I mus implement if you are funding . This is your weaknesses . But you dont see your weakness.

Weakness are lack of funding or right , , every implementation needs funding , funded organization owner have no any knowledge, but they used fund and get employees. I know all owners of the Local NGOs in the ground, why they given fund . Funding is first facilitator of every task .I dont lose any time , and internet money and I dont listen any one from agency. I'm regrect how you have Los my time and wrong anticipation. I lost my assets becouse money and time are assets. Peaple who knows you have already felt and went their special task . if I had to answer this question (amongst others), that particular employer would not be for me. I would politely thank them for their time and leave, rather than put up with such banal and cringey questions.
Most employers will ask what your weakness are and it's a reasonable question to ask, it assesses multiple things about a candidate. Why don't you like the question?
