What's different about these journal entries, is the idea (which I think many people believed back then) that the entire clone army had to be one of if not the largest fictional organization to keep something like orders for genocide a complete secret. One can begin to see it just from the shift in perspective on the jedi from the Mygeeto entry. The clones were in on it practically from birth. Anyone who reads this, answer me just one question: does that make it worse?

It does. In Clone Wars, they introduced the inhibitor chip theory that showed that the clones were unaware of the grand plan until Order 66 activated in their heads. These journal entries from my video tell a different tale. If the Clone Troopers had free will and chose to be evil, that’s a terrifying thought.

@@DawnOfDarknessGamingwell that would be truly terrifying and stupid. Having them be unaware of it is way more scarier cause their victims as well. But having someone who you’ve known all these years betray you is a horrifying thought as well.

@@jamestolbert1856It’s not stupid when you think about it. Many clones would have been glad to execute the Jedi due to the fact that many of them were terrible generals of war not willing to do what was necessary to win while the clones paid the price for their incompetent leadership. The Jedi Order was not a military organization like the GAOTR, the Jedi may have been caring and wise but they still lead many clones to their unnecessary deaths. Don’t be so nostalgic towards the Clone Wars tv show that you don’t notice how none of that inhibitor chip stuff aligns with the movies. IT’S NOT SCARIER that the clones wouldn’t know about it, not at all, it actually makes it less scarier than the way the movies present it. Which is that the clones were trained weapons of war, whose genetics were specifically altered to make them more compliant and less sympathetic, they were killers, capable of doing fucked up shit to when a fucking galactic war, not the pussified “the chip made me do it” clones in the tv show whose top commanders now have trouble shooting people who they should see as fucking terrorists who 5 minutes before, were killing their fellow clones like it was duck season. I’m referring to Cody in the Bad Batch on that one.
George Lucas’ movies are 10000x better than whatever trash slop Dave Filoni threw up in the Clone Wars show. The CW tv show was made for prequel haters, real fans of the movies understand this. It’s okay if you like the show, but George Lucas and his movies didn’t need Dave Filoni’s help at all, especially not the CW TV show’s help

@@dolphinjeans663I'm honestly surprised to see my viewpoint so precisely duplicated 😎. Completely agree that the Inhibitor Chip severely damaged the Clone storyline. It's why I prefer EU more and more these days lol.

Shame Felucia wasn't added to this, since in terms of TCW, he may be recalling what happened, which is somewhat implied after mentioning Order 66.

If I had to choose one person to follow me around and narrate my daily life, or to recap my days, I'd definitely choose Temuera Morrison. His voice makes even the most mundane things sound epic.
