Great video, I just ordered the WEN 5000-Watt Dual Fuel 120V/240V RV and EV-Ready Electric Start Portable Inverter Generator. I'm installing it on front of my Toy Hauler with a Stromberg Carlson AA-255 A-Frame Cargo Tray. Along with a Aluminum Diamond Plated 32"Lx22"Wx24"H waterproof Cargo Box vented with 2 -12v cooling fans. Also with the exhaust ran outside of box pointed opposite of trailer with a stainless steel muffler w/spark arrestor inside for when boondocking. FYI, with propane fittings always use the yellow tape due to it's heat-resistant & anti-flammable nature. White or Pink is for water..

Hey Bro, I was trying to start the generator using the electric start, but it doesn't start, with the manual mode it works perfectly, I was checking the instructions and it says that the battery may not have power. My question is the following, should I keep the generator running for a while to charge the battery?
@@rolandoarbolayrivas7155 is it brand new? It should start automatically. Make sure it has oil and fuel in it. Also make sure the eco switch is off when starting with the electric start. I follow the book and push the button for 2-3 seconds only to start. If it doesn’t I do it again. It has worked in 1-2 tries every time so far.
@@johnnyworks5446 Thanks Bro , I am going to repeat the process again , the generator is new , I'll repeat the process, and if it doesn't work, I'll keep it running, to check that the battery gets charged enough, hopefully that way I can get the electric ignition to work
Run it a few times a year don’t just wait until you have no power because chances are it won’t start if it sits for long every month or two make sure to start it and then put it back
FYI- its best not to play music while running generator....it takes away from those of us that are trying to see how loud it is under your various loads...

Apparently yellow is the correct color to use as it is thicker and made for gas but, white can be used but not recommended if you don’t have the yellow. Thanks for catching that and commenting 👍🏼

I have used it a handful of times since I bought it a few months ago and so far so good. It is really pretty quiet as well👍🏼

Sorry but I am not sure? I suggest reading the manual on that one or I would check out more videos on TH-cam for it to be honest.
What brand engine is in the wen inverter generators?
Not sure. I read that they are an American based company as far as design and engineering but, they get assembled in China. So not 100% sure.
Will it run natural gas from the house
I know some generators can but I don’t think this one can. The manual doesn’t mention a natural gas option, only LP and gasoline.
