THANK YOU! Seriously, thanks for all the love and support. The recent growth with my channel has confirmed this will be my main focus for the next little while. I just got a new camera and am serious about bringing you guys more great content in the best quality I possibly can. Let me know what you want to see and know about below!
Love your channel. I'm an almost fifty year old female who has just lost close to fifty pounds since becoming a vegan in January. One of the first videos I found was yours. You inspired me to start my channel and I find it very funny that I posted a video last night about deciding to intermittent fast based on a 1542 book. If an old lady can do it, anybody can. Well at least I have done it for seven days.
Simnett Nutrition hi! I would like to know if i dont give my 2 year old daughter milk and meat, can i give her the b12 pills too like those i get for my self?
I've been doing 16/8 IF since New Years and it has been awesome. Being able to move Dinner back to 10pm is great. No more extra unplanned meals or binges late at night. I've lost 38 pounds this year and feel amazing.
When I do intermittent fasting and enter ketosis state I do feel much better - Any joint pains I have will disappear, my mood is better and I feel super energetic but obviously, I need to resist hunger. The thing is, I am not vegan yet but I am definitely considering it... That's how I found your channel, which is great by the way.... Not just your amazing body but your personality is just super cool and great. I WISHED we could be friends, really. It's awesome how you are easy going and nice. I hope you have lots of success because it is people like you that need to be the role models. You are very inspiring. Thank you so much for doing this. All the best!
I used to do strict intermittent fasting back when I wasn't vegan. I noticed some benefits but I realized it wasn't sustainable. Now, eating vegan, mostly whole foods, I just go with my intuition. Some days i wake up, and I'm simply not hungry. I'll put off my first meal till around noon. It feels natural and I'm not stressing over it and watching the clock. All about mindfulness and listening to your body.
YES! This is a great message and what I was trying to convey. If it works and feels good for you, do it! IF it doesn't work for you, don't! Thanks for the comment.
Yeah I was gonna say the same...I really find it very pleasant to look into your videos the way you show different places and I really find you a very humble guy...and you do radiate positivity with your videos....keep up the good work and stay blessed
Been doing intermittent fasting for most of my life and the benefits are amazing! It also helped me stay within my particular weight range when I was competing internationally in kickboxing. Loving the videos and your positive attitude!
I've been leading a fasting focused lifestyle for about 5yrs now. I have WAY better workouts in a fasted state. I normally do 20/4 with two meals a day or 23/1 with OMAD. Recently to experiment I went to the gym at 45hrs into a 48hr progressive fast. I did a full body with relatively high volume that included 4 sets of deadlifts. I had FULL strength. I think it is mostly mental. People are brainwashed into believing they need food pre workout, have to eat immediately after, etc.. But once you realize you can train hard fasted, you break those misconceptions.
Dude you are an absolute legend xD You stand for everything I am striving towards, from intermittent fasting and calisthenics to veganism (still currently a work in progress). I only discovered your channel a couple of days ago while researching vegan diets, but you have really inspired me to tackle it head on. Keep up the great content and I really look forward to learning more from you!
I agree with you Derek! I've been practicing it for years and have felt lots of benefit from it. The feast-famine theory just makes a lot of sense. Looking forward to every video from you, so much positivity and good vibes and motivation, keep it up!
Love intermittent fasting! It's also really good for busy people who don't have time to necessarily prep food and eat 6+ times a day! Also the canon g7x mark ii is a great camera! Looking forward to the coming content man, keep it up! :)
As a woman, I've tried and do currently do intermittent fasting. I have found I need to do the eight, instead of a four or six, hour window to feel good and keep my hormones balanced. I also come from a disordered eating past and I will say you do need to be past those struggles or else you could have issues. I'm good though! It's one of the only ways I've been able to lean down, put on muscle and still eat and feel satiated. I also love how you get to eat bigger meals during that window and you don't have to meal prep a million meals for your work week!
Incredible sensations of clear headedness and like "my insides are clean" are my biggest takeaways from intermittent fasting. I don't do it regularly, moreso when my body is asking for it (typically when I need to heal or sort out some deep emotional imbalances). Love your stuff dude! You are legitimately inspiring me to pursue a career as a plant based health and wellness coach.
I absolutely LOVE that you link to scholarly peer reviewed sources. There's so much misinformation out there, and links back to nonsense blog type websites :-)
Most of my gains came from when I was eating 1 meal a day on a 21 hour fast. It was amazing! That was on high fat vegan though, I can't last that long on carbs lol. I still do about 15-16 hour daily fast though.
Vegetable Police Same here except animal fats!! ha Ha Note: ALL of the vegan and keto "experts" are all going towards fasting ---> The results have been proven for over 5000 years. It's unbelievable how people can gain so much from fasting. Great job man. I'm slowly getting use to doing this fast thing. Never ever imagined it would have benefits!
You're such an inspiration. You're so kind and inspiring, full of energy and compassion. Your advices in sport, life and nutrition are exactly what I needed. I'm 48 yo, living in Brussels, vegetarian for 2 years and becoming vegan, need to take care of myself, starting to exercice every day and eat healthier ;-). I can stop watching all your videos. You rock Derek! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!
Hey Man, great video. I'm a new sub, thinking of going vegan after watching your videos. Always felt guilt eating animals and would definitely help with my alcoholism and insomnia i feel. Thanks again. And read in one of the comments, that your'e a Canadian, so am I
Vince Suppiah I️ have only been vegan for 2 weeks but being ex military I️ have suffered from alcoholism, ptsd, severe depression, and bipolar but am finding I️t has relieved most of the issues listed above especially the alcoholism and depression.
You inspired me to start going gym. Being going a month now and feel so strong and positive in my mind because of it 💪🏻 Battling my BPD one day at a time and positive videos always are the best way to start my day 🙌🏻
Going through some huge growth man! grrat work on the content & channel. You really are one of the best no bullshit fitness/lifestyle channels! I'm subbed for the long run! ☺
ive been IFing for a while now, and i love it, i even did a 48 hour fast not to long ago to test my will power, but i used to eat at 530am and headed to work, but always had stomach bloating and felt crampy, but now i dont eat until 11am, and it really changes how my day goes, i love it, glad you talked about this topic, and now a plant based diet really keeps me steady all day and no ups or downs during the day
I'm a long-time admirer, but I came back to this video with a new curiosity about fasting. Very cool to see the physique you've built and maintained through "ignoring" lots of mainstream fitness advice to slam protein every three hours for "optimized' muscle protein synthesis. You're the man, Derek.
I have tried IF and it did work for me. I actually lost over fifty pounds following that and the HCLF WFPB diet. I did hit a plateau but I think it's because I need to incorporate more leafy greens. I love your videos and you inspire me! Keep them coming and love what I eat in a day ideas! Congrats on your growing followers! 🌱💪
I am currently intermittent fasting as well as following a vegan diet. Been doing this since March and have noticed some great results. I usually go with my intuition and eat when I am hungry. I always had a bad relationship with food and have found IF to help me mend that relationship. Drink lots of water, eat the way you feel, and repeat daily. I have shed close to 30lbs and my energy levels are through the roof. I also do not get those peaks and valleys of energy as before. Thanks for the great vids. You continue to motivate me. Appreciate all you do.
No wonder you are getting more and more subscribers; your channel is one of the best! I love your attitude about fitness & nutrition and your overall mellow and easy going personality. Because of you, I am back at it and working harder then ever to do my first unassisted pull-up :) Keep it up!
I've been on a daily 20/4 protocol for a couple months now. Loving it, but struggling to gain weight, which is also my goal. Working on it. Thanks for the vid man, really appreciating the value you're putting out there! :)
Fasting is not only awesome physically but mentally too. It really puts things into perspective for me🤔 I am 7 months into intermittent fasting, started at 91kg and I'm currently at 80kg (around 19% BF) since I haven't done any serious cardio or weigh training I think It's time to start with it to see how my body reacts💪🏻 Awesome video btw!
I just subscribed to your channel. I really love your approach about intermittent fasting and they way you explained it. You are so right about adjusting to our daily lives, nobody is the same and our bodies are all different. Also you seem to be very honest in what you stand for it is hard to find that in today's technological world. By the way I am not a vegan so don't hate me. I just love to live and hear about a healthy lifestyle. Thank you for your video, your are awesome bro
Your video is really motivational. Seeing your euphory and the energy coming from you, shows what effects can come out from Intermittent Fasting. Keep the good work up!
IF has been a life changer for me, as well as going vegan in October of last year. At the time i started a vegan diet and began doing IF on a daily basis I was 248lbs!!! Im happy to report that through a healthy relationship with food and daily calisthenics and intermittent fasting, today i am down to 193lbs!! Freakin amazing! My goal is 180! Word of wisdom to people wanting to drop lbs or kgs(for those canadians..........."you have to stick to whatever you start in order to see results!!" BOTTOM LINE! Keep at it and you will see a transformation! Thanks for another awesome video D! I always look forward to more content from ur channel and so does everyone else it seems because ur channel is exploding brother! Way to go! 👍👊💪🌱🌾🍌 #plantpowered
Great video! IF has been a part of the Ashtanga Yoga tradition since its inception, as a means of giving your digestive system a break “cooling the metabolic flames”, to be stocked in the morning with your break-fast. As a female, I tend not to push beyond 14 hours, but aim for a minimum of 12 hours. I’m so glad you mentioned the the ladies!! It’s actually been shown to be beneficial for the ladies to have a little something within 30 minutes of waking :)
Thank you for that info about what you’re craving and why-good info!! Also, I love that you encourage listening to your own body-we are all made a bit different and are at different places in life and we need to honor where we are at with appropriate fitness and nutrition. Thanks Derek for always being on point!!
Intermitten fasting like The Prophet Daud, one day fasting, another day off etc. I only fast on Monday and Thursday folloing sunnah Rasulullah Muhammad SAW, and one month fasting during Ramadhan...tx for sharing Derek..great stuff keep it up.
Derek.. Ur vlogs are such a treat to watch bro. It has become a habit of late.. Having my breakfast n watching ur videos☺️☺️. U r really taking vegan meals n lifestyle to a whole new level. As an Indian, I have rediscovered a connection to our crops n a plant based diet. Way to go man❤️
Thanks for this video, Derek. I've been unsure why, but whenever I extend my fast by pushing my breakfast later, I get MUCH leaner, while still building muscle provided I have enough calories. When I don't fast, I can still build muscle, but I also see my fat mass increase, at the same caloric intake as when I fast. I had troubles with fasting, though, trying to eat two large meals per day. But your strategy of a somewhat small breakfast and lunch (emphasizing fruit and nuts) and a large dinner (emphasizing grains/legumes/starch and veggies) seems much better. Keep up the great work. I never understood the purpose of these types of channels until I managed to learn SO MUCH from you. Thanks, Sensei Derek.
man you are such an inspiration to the rest of us oppressed vegans. I get dow a lot being mocked by people for eating plants you always cheer me up. Love ya man (no homo :) )
Thanks for sharing! I've been working on going vegan over the past few weeks and the videos you and others have posted have been big motivators. Down to earth videos like this a really useful for people.
Oh my goodness! Love your diet and exercise plan and ethics. Bonus is you seem like a SUPER nice and honest guy! Not to mention you're really easy on the eyes! :) Wish I could hang out with you everyday! I'd feel upbeat again and get my body back in shape!!
I started intermittent fasting about two weeks ago and have firmly believe my overall happiness and high energy is contributed to it. I've been a vegetarian for 6 years and now sense the fast have found being completely raw vegan helps boost the effects. I'm a yoga instructor and have placed a lot more calisthenics into the classes I teach ( and attend wherever I can squeeze some in). I am decent at hand balancing and pull ups but have a lot of room for improvement comparatively to your self and other inspirations. This all being said I'd like to continue growth but also have fallen in love with eating once a day at 4 or 5 and quiting around 5pm or 6pm for the day. I do not feel hungry throughout the day and am stuffed after eating. My diet consists of watercrest, spinach, mixed greens, vegan protein, beets, avacados, bananas, key limes, rice, portabello mushrooms, beans, carrots, grapes, cherries, and blueberries. I also oil pull after eating daily. Am I on the track to success? Anything I should add or do more of?
well explained!! most people try to follow these fitness celeb diet exactly as they do it or eat like a bodybuilders when they're not. I remember I followed this carb cycling thing a while ago and it took me no where but to lose a tons of muscle. finally I realized that I a really heavy high carb diet works perfect for me ( since I'm highly active) I stay ripped year around and I don't bulk or cut. people need to start to understand that what works for few may not work for them. great video!! keep the good work
I love intermittent fasting. I fast from 4 p.m. to 8 a.m. in the morning, that works best for my schedule but I do not exercise in the morning I usually work out in the evening when I get off work. So far I have lost 30 lbs in the last 2 months. I am feeling awesome.
Being mindful is also very useful when trying not to snack after dinner. Pay attention to how easily you fall asleep and how good your sleep is. You will notice that you fall asleep faster, sleep much better and wake up feeling better when you don't snack before bed. The next time you crave a snack before bed, you will remember that it will compromise your sleep and you will restrain yourself. Great vid
Love this channel. Real entertaining, quality content. Definitely my new favourite fitness TH-camr. keep up the good work. I'd love to try intermittent fasting but it would be really difficult with the shifts I do at work.
I've been intermittent fasting for about a year. Today I stretched my fast to a full 24 hours. I felt great the whole time! I worked the whole day (laborer) and never felt any weakness. My only meal today (dinner) consisted of avocado, mixed nuts, chicken breast, and a salad. I'm currently conducting an experiment to see if I can maintain muscle while losing fat. I started out at 22% body fat, and now I'm 17% body fat. And so far I've remained perfectly even on muscle mass. I train moderately right now. Just some simple body weight exercises. I plan to start calisthenics soon.
new subscriber here, I really appreciate your honest opinions and thorough work in adding the links to the journals. keep up the fantastic work, looking for the explosion of this channel.
First vid I have seen of yours and I like, I have been IT for about 3 weeks now and already I can see my six pack coming and that's without much working out tbh, but there is a definite increase in my energy and mood, keep up the good work, SUBSCRIBED! ;)
I am a girl and I fast 2 times a year! lol I love fasting for the 1) control I have over my intake (food does not control me), 2) flushing out my system and giving my internal organs a "break" from heavier food break down and digestion (I read that somewhere a while ago - sounds good to me), and 3) I benefit from a mental clarity. I still workout while fasting so no problem there. I also encourage my 4 daughters (and others as well) to fast at least once a year. Dr. Andrew Weil also says a lot of great things about fasting along with the info you gave. All except the girls don't need to fast part. lol
I have been doing a loose intermittent fasting 8/16 hour window for about a month and I have definitely seen the results in my physique, weight, strength gains, and overall mood! I love it thus far it allows to me eat the foods I desire without the guilt you get from constant dieting! It works great with my schedule (I'm in the military) and just makes being healthy so much easier and fun! I love your videos you are very helpful in my health and fitness goals that most health channels have not been able to truly help me with! Can you talk about apple cider vinegar? I am constantly hearing about the benefits of it but I want to hear your input cause I trust your judgement! Keep up the awesome videos!
I was JUST starting to do research on this in combination with powerlifting so your timing was perfect. Also always enjoy the moments you take to just look around your environment (:
I started fasting and eating 6 cups of veggies and the lemon water as well.. Just like you do.. 4weeks ago.. I was 226lbs i am now 204lbs .. Thank you for sharing your knowledge .. Love ya
Just started to fast today . It was quite easy , maybe because it was my first day 16/8 fast . Did my workout with weights and abs with 30 min. of walking on tread mill. I'm really excited to start this , as i am over weight , but go to the gym most of the time. I am 66 years old. Great video thanks for the info !!
Accessible and clean content as usual. Glad to see your channel growing so much ! As for fasting, I usually do it when it feels good to, so I would tend to stick with your whole "listen to your body" theme ! =)
I love it, I had almost been doing it for years just naturally (I don't really get hungry until 11 or 12) and now I'm starting to incorporate 24 hour fasts, working my way to 3 days and then 7 days. The physiological benefits change as the period of time changes
I intermittent fast 8/16 (between 12pm - 8pm loosely) but stay flexible when life dictates differently. I eat two big meals a day, as I've always been a big volume eater. This keeps me satisfied and within a healthy calorie range.
Thank you derek for telling people to do something that fit their lifestyle because I notice people want to try copy TH-camr lifestyle and diet without seeing if it will match and nice video put out more
Hey Derek, I have just adopted the Vegan lifestyle after years of suffering from an autoimmune disease, migraine headaches and so much joint pain. I am loving how I feel after just two weeks and you have been a tremendous help both to my psyche and to my belly - you have so many good recipes! My question is about intermittent fasting in women over 50 (some say we should only fast every other day) and the use of MCT oil (it should be in your last meal of the day)? There is so much "information" out there boasting MCT's benefits but it just leaves me very confused. Thank you so much, you have no idea the positive impact you have! #AMM
IF'ing may not be for everyone but it works great for me! I've been consistent with it for about 6 months now and am leaner than ever. Haven't sacrificed noticeable muscle mass, either. I have more energy when I'm fasted. And sometimes on the weekends I don't eat until dinner (one meal a day). I just don't need as much food but am still strong and ripped. It's crazy awesome.
Enjoying your channel. You have a good positive and genuine vibe/message. I'm a very recent plant based lifestyle convert and these videos are a great help. Did you grow up in North Van? You look familiar.
Hey derek, big hello from the 🇬🇧. Just gotta tell you bro that your vids are excellent mate!, the content and info are on point!!👍just gotta let you know though that for me and probably a large percentage of your viewers that subscribe is that your energy and positive outlook are what makes your channel so addictive?! I'm a new plant based transitional? And glad I stumbled across your channel bro!! Just letting you know your making a difference mate👍💪🏼 TH-cam is an amazing thing ! 👌🏻
I love it man! Thanks. Lemon water is great for helping to wake up the digestive tract, super hydrating, full of electrolytes, vitamin c, antioxidants too. It tastes great and gets me moving! Try it for a week, there is something special about it.
You're right there is something very special about this! I did it for a week during my fast. I do IF 6:18 and drank this throughout my fast. After 3 days I started doing 2 lemons in 1 gallon and it was awesome. I had so much energy, my intake of caffeine has decrease quiet a bit. Which is saying something because before that's what I relied on to get me through my day. Also my hunger has gone down. I just feel great. I'm thinking about adding a shot of apple cider vinegar.
Love the channel man, I stumbled upon you when I was looking for another challenge with my lifestyle (stop eating meat). I have been doing the 16/8 fast for a year now and pair it with powerlifting/bodybuilding as my workouts. I also train fasted and love it. I was just dropping by to say thanks and your videos have helped me out a lot.
I personally have been intermittent fasting for around two years now. I went from 85kg to 75kg with no excercise at the time as. Mainly eating within a six hour window. Now I have been back at the gym for the last six months I am down to 65.7kg and absolutely shredded (keep in mind I am only 5'6). This is how I built lean muscle and maintain a low body fat percentage. Oh and completely supp or steroid free not even protein powders. Just pure healthy foods, non processed.
I usually fast for 16-18 hours everyday and use a 6-8 hour window to stuff my face with as much plant based foods as possible; including a blueberry/kale smoothie to break the fast. We were not meant to eat 5-7 meals per day. That's preposterous. We over consume because of the availability of food; not because we are hungry. Contrary to that, we are usually thirsty. But most people don't know the difference between hunger and thirst; so they eat and eat and eat and drink coffee.
I'm cutting right now before getting back into bodybuilding (laid off a couple years due to injury). I'm still just getting used to dialing in my calories using online tools (currently using cron-o-meter) and it seems to be working well so far. I don't feel breakfast is my most desired meal of the day sometimes and at those times my stomach doesn't take to it well, so I'm glad to see IF is a positive thing which makes sense for us biologically.
THANK YOU! Seriously, thanks for all the love and support. The recent growth with my channel has confirmed this will be my main focus for the next little while. I just got a new camera and am serious about bringing you guys more great content in the best quality I possibly can. Let me know what you want to see and know about below!

Spartak Doci The comment section of a You tube video is probably not the best place to seek advice on your toddler's nutrition.
Mike Michaels im nit just askin anybody im asking simnett coz i im sure he knows about this stuff.
"Tap Into your Intuition, But you have to know a few things, before you can trust it!"
WORD🌱💪
I caught that too...great quote! Too often we "listen" to our intuition from a place of ignorance. Never a good idea!
I've been doing 16/8 IF since New Years and it has been awesome. Being able to move Dinner back to 10pm is great. No more extra unplanned meals or binges late at night. I've lost 38 pounds this year and feel amazing.

When you go to Thailand you need to start eating tons of Dragon Fruit :D Super cheap and delicious.

Vince Suppiah idk why people feel guilty, the animals you eat are killed humanely in processing plants that are made to keep the animals calm.

Vince Suppiah I️ have only been vegan for 2 weeks but being ex military I️ have suffered from alcoholism, ptsd, severe depression, and bipolar but am finding I️t has relieved most of the issues listed above especially the alcoholism and depression.
Alexander The Great meditation is also great in cleansing negativity and gaining balance and oneness with self and the universe
I hope you did it and you’re well
Man your videeos are SO positive. I love IT!
First time seeing your channel with this video and man I love your groove and energy. Subscribed!
I seriously wait for your videos. Blessed to have a guide like you.
one of my fave channels on youtube! Thanks mate! Cheers!
Really enjoy
Sage Bird have you done a pull-up yet? How are you working towards doing one?
I've been on a daily 20/4 protocol for a couple months now. Loving it, but struggling to gain weight, which is also my goal. Working on it. Thanks for the vid man, really appreciating the value you're putting out there! :)
Nicolas Huart hi there, just done my very first fasting, did 24 hours only drinking water, I enjoyed it but I am worried about losing weight
Fasting is not only awesome physically but mentally too. It really puts things into perspective for me🤔
I am 7 months into intermittent fasting, started at 91kg and I'm currently at 80kg (around 19% BF) since I haven't done any serious cardio or weigh training I think It's time to start with it to see how my body reacts💪🏻
Awesome video btw!
Way to go! 👍👊💪🌱🌾🍌
#plantpowered
Great video! IF has been a part of the Ashtanga Yoga tradition since its inception, as a means of giving your digestive system a break “cooling the metabolic flames”, to be stocked in the morning with your break-fast. As a female, I tend not to push beyond 14 hours, but aim for a minimum of 12 hours. I’m so glad you mentioned the the ladies!! It’s actually been shown to be beneficial for the ladies to have a little something within 30 minutes of waking :)
finally someone who care about his life
Thank you for that info about what you’re craving and why-good info!!
Way to go man❤️
Seems like a rather humble and simple guy.
Everything you talk about and do makes so much sense to me for someone just starting out your videos help motivate me more thank you
Thanks for this video, Derek.
Wish I could hang out with you everyday!
Man, this guy smiles so much and genuinely. He must be really happy. Cool 👍
well explained!! most people try to follow these fitness celeb diet exactly as they do it or eat like a bodybuilders when they're not. I remember I followed this carb cycling thing a while ago and it took me no where but to lose a tons of muscle. finally I realized that I a really heavy high carb diet works perfect for me ( since I'm highly active) I stay ripped year around and I don't bulk or cut. people need to start to understand that what works for few may not work for them. great video!! keep the good work
Great video man! Keep it up!
Thanks brother!
I love intermittent fasting. I fast from 4 p.m. to 8 a.m. in the morning, that works best for my schedule but I do not exercise in the morning I usually work out in the evening when I get off work. So far I have lost 30 lbs in the last 2 months. I am feeling awesome.
Love intermittent fasting. It helped me loose 25 pounds and go from a size 14 to an 8. What an easy way to feel great
Thank you for these videos. It's great to have the information without feeling the pressure to be 'perfect'. Please keep up the great work!
YES! I'm happy that message came across.
This smoothie looks so fucking good ! Good video with good vibes . You got yourself a new subscriber mate !
SuperStellar info my man! It's nice to hear basic information on such a complex subject.
Thanks. I just want to convey the message so people understand. No point in talking over anyones head... even if I could. lol.
Great vid
Thanks brother.
Thank you! I really appreciate the foreshadowing. Heading out to film another right now!
Wow! super quick reply, and I will be watching the new film as soon as it's out. have an awesome day!
All except the girls don't need to fast part. lol
As always, your videos are very inspirational! I need to work on that intermittent fasting.
You're videos are so full of positive energy! Have a good one, man! :)
I'm in love with your vids, you are so optimistic person.
And I appreciate the time you took to talk about the effects on women, it's so important to recognize the different needs our bodies have.
Great Video! You're videos are so awesome! Can't wait for more👍🏻
I started fasting and eating 6 cups of veggies and the lemon water as well..
This is really helpful. I now know that I am definitely in the category of people who shouldn't intermittently fast! Thanks Derek!
No problem!
This is a great advice mate, great channel, best of luck to you.
Thanks Lee!
yey you took my question!!! cheers brother
YAY! I wanted to post the comments in the actual video, but it didn't happen this time. Thanks for the comments though!

Awesome editing and great pace with the video. It is definitely unique :)
Man... You are the encyclopedia of fitness..
Ive been doing fasted workout for some weeks now and to be honest my energy is through the roof and also my focus is huge! Never felt so great. 💪🏼🏋🏻
you sir just got another subscriber. I like your no nonsensical approach to life
however can you tell me what the lemon water is for?
I love it man! Thanks. Lemon water is great for helping to wake up the digestive tract, super hydrating, full of electrolytes, vitamin c, antioxidants too. It tastes great and gets me moving! Try it for a week, there is something special about it.
I will try it! I just came from grocery store with a bag full of lemons. Do you use a whole Lemon?
Amazing! Thanks for the comment.
Loving your channel! Im a new vegan and im learning the ropes of what to eat and how much. Your channel has really helped! Xx
Thanks Brit!
I do intermittent fasting up to 2 years and work great with me,help me loose 35kg with my crossfit workout.
Great video keep work on this.
