Ryan Hudson an agent with Allsopp & Allsopp in Dubai sold my sea view 2 bedroom apartment in JBR for AED 700,000 during Covid in June 2020. Not similar apartments are selling for AED 3,600,000 so I lost almost AED 3,000,000 by going with Ryan Hudson and Allsopp & Allsopp. I absolutely hate Dubai now.
