Project Power Wheel - Relay Driven Kids 4X4

Is there a better way to get back into the garage than to start a new project? Obviously not. My son has had this toy for a few years now, but it's poorly manufactured. We've been through 2 or 3 computers now, so our best option was to rewire the whole 4x4. Today we started on converting the computer to a simple relay.

you need some liquid black tape on some of those connections it`ll make your life easier. i use it on my battery connections in my jeep 6 years no corosion

No, reversing the polarization of the motors was over my skill level 😂

Did you ever kick it up to a 24 or 36 volt lol

Not yet, 12V direct to the motors is destroying the plastic gears already.
