Go to San Antonio and go try “ The Big Bib!” It’s so damn good!!! I live in NorCal and I flew all the way out there for their bbq and the Sweet potato casserole!! You will not be sorry!!!

It's highly unlikely my missus would make a road trip to Texas just for barbeque. And it's improbable I would stand in line for 2 hours, no matter how good the barbeque is. But I remember eating at Salt Lick at Red Rock Casino and Rollin' Smoke, both in Las Vegas. That might be the closest I get to Texas.
I never had an expensive meals my whole life cause I don't have that privilege😂
