Dahi ka Kabab
Recipe in English:
Ingredients:
-Dahi (Yogurt) 1 kg
-Breadcrumbs 3-4 tbs
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped ¼ Cup
-Hari mirch (Green chili) crushed 1 tbs
-Adrak (Ginger) crushed 1 tsp
-Pyaz (Onion) chopped 1 medium
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
-Lal mirch powder (Red chili powder) 1 & ½ tsp or to taste
-Garam masala powder ½ tsp
-Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed 1 tsp
-Corn flour ½ Cup or as required
-Olive oil 1 tbs
Directions:
-In bowl,place strainer and muslin cloth.
-Add yogurt and bring the edges of the muslin cloth together,tie a knot and hang it for 4-6 hours or until it drained out completely.
-In bowl,add hanged curd,breadcrumbs,fresh coriander,green chili,ginger,onion,salt,red chili powder, garam masala powder,cumin seeds and mix well.
-Grease hands with oil,take a mixture and make kababs of equal sizes (makes 14) then coat in corn flour.
-In frying pan,add olive oil and fry kababs from both sides until golden brown.

Ajza:
-Dahi (Yogurt) 1 kg
-Breadcrumbs 3-4 tbs

-Adrak (Ginger) crushed 1 tsp
-Pyaz (Onion) chopped 1 medium
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
-Lal mirch powder (Red chili powder) 1 & ½ tsp or to taste
-Garam masala powder ½ tsp
-Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed 1 tsp
-Corn flour ½ Cup or as required
-Olive oil 1 tbs
Directions:
-Bowl mein strainer rakh ker malmal ka kapra rakh dein.
-Dahi dal ker malmal kapray ka edges ko tie ker lein aur 4-6 hours ya completely drained hunay tak hang ker lein.
-Bowl mein hanged curd,breadcrumbs,hara dhania,hari mirch,adrak,pyaz,namak,lal mirch powder,garam masala powder aur zeera dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Haathon ko oil sa grease karein aur mixrure ko la ker ek jaisay kababs tayyar ker lein (makes 14) phir corn flour mein coat ker lein.
-Frying mein olive oil dal dein aur kababs ko dono sides sa golden brown hunay tak fry ker lein.
