I'm a regular on TH-cam for recipes and I have noticed of late there is no dearth of recipes for any dish; but the way you explain your recipes marking out important steps without going into unnecessary details and explanations (one of your famous contemporary chef does that) is quite time saving and helpful and needless to say the dish turns out quite good.
