Very good video, I need to make a similar form but for simple calculations instead of data entry, I only need the reset and calculate buttons, the formula is =((D5+D7)-(D4))/2/TAN((D6*PI()/180))

You can use blank value on Reset and Formula on calculate button. Just assign the blank or relevant formula on calculate button as per requirement.

While editing the save button, how did you get the huge number in the ranger function:
iRow = Sheets("Data").Range("A#######").End(xlUp).Row + 1
Excel tells me this is the only line in my code that's messing up...
Please replace "A#######" with "A65000”
The number denotes the last row number in Excel sheet.

Good video though... but the auditory type of learnings along with visual will make the viewers learn faster. May be one by one line of code in the VBA should have been better... Naturally, any student would like to learn how to do it than seeing the outcome of the exercise... In your video the results have come and you are an expert, but the trainee need to understand... the efforts are appreciated but understanding by the viewer is a bit difficult... regards

Thanks for watching! Use the serial no. to search the record and assign entire value to respective objects (textbox and option button) and then change the values and update it again. You can utilize the same code to update but this time you need to update or replace the relevant row not the new one. Thanks!

This video is incredibly helpful!! However, for the sheet I am making I also need to have a way to select a date and time so I am trying to use the SEP date control and SEP time control features. Thanks for your appreciation! Accelerator key is the underline key available on command button. It will work like shortcut key. You need to press ALT + Accelerator Key to run the code assigned on that particular button.

This instructional material is a delight! I was able to create my own. Although I am getting an error on two of my fields.
One of my field (Text Box) is called "Error Date" , however whenever I save, the value being reflected on my "Data" sheet is different. It is always having "16777215".
The other field (Combo Box i.e. drop down list) is called "Error Field". Although the value I select in the drop down accurately reflects in the "Data Sheet", the value "16777215" always gets populated in the "Form" field after saving.
Can you please help on how I can correct this?
