Glad you like them! Thank you for your kind Super Thanks gift. I'm sorry it took me so long to say "Thanks," but I want you to know I really appreciate it.
We do this type of work for our clients and all their data-entry work so I can confirm this is a great tutorial for those who want to do it themselves.
Often we think that since we've used Excel for decades we know everything. But, alas, it is not true! Too often we have compartmentalized what we are experts in based on the small percentage of Excel functions we use daily. Thanks for helping me expand my knowledge!
Hi I require to make a maintenance form that would update my road tanker maintenance daily and item replace in stock card (ok different sheets - tanker repair record and stock card) Can that be done?
Yes it is me again...just watched this video now...where have you been! This was so helpful Technology for Teachers and Students now I really can capture my payments for carefully. I am really grateful for your informative tutorials in Excel..pity i didnt come across it earlier in my career..no matter my appreciation nonetheless❤ Big up to the tutor. Your voice alone is encouragement enough to keep us captivated and readt to learn
This is super useful for my job! I'm really enjoying these tutorials, your presenting style is so clear and friendly, and pleasant to listen to, which I find really helps learning and understanding.
I watch your tutorial one by one even the old ones, I like the way you teach, you speak clearly and zoom out what you are referring to, so I can see it clearly
Starting a new job, & need to learn more about excel. You made it so easy to understand. I’ve never subscribed, but was glad to do it w/you so I can learn more. Thanks so much.
Here's what I need. Everything that is in this video plus a print function for each completed form. Example: entering addresses into data base form then having the ability to print out an address lable with the form's information.
Thank for this helpful information. I'm self educating on a number of different things,it's a crazy hobby that i have to challenge myself . Thanks again. Love peace and Happiness.
I give my thanks for creating this tutorial! I hope these helpful tips can be applied to today's Data Entry forms, as I am uncertain whether or not each job has specific requirements on how their want their forms filed.
Thanks very much for this tutorial. In fact I love all your tutorials. They are all informative, albeit not always easy to grasp depending on the subject matter but still very good. I am sticking to your channels for all your tutorials in all applications as refreshers now as you deliver very useful tips and /or lessons.
This was never taught in my first job or any her job. In that first job I made many mistakes, not knowing this adds to that. ONLY IF I KNEW this work would be easier. Cuz we enter so many data for that is for insurance companies' insurances. In school this is not part of the curriculum or subject. They better have kinda intense teaching for the students and/or in the company. Yes there are specific features taught but not like this. We could learn it in other office or job but if we learn it earlier work would be easier too. Thank you for this lesson! I actually was searching for video like this.
simple database very useful for home users and I searched for nearly 3 hours in google and many confused except you identified at excel itself as so far it is unnoticed - thank you very much
Great tutorial, it would be great if the Data-Validation of some fields set as a drop-down reflected in the form. For example in you demo, the list of departments could be a drop-down, but the form does not allow for that.
Hello am grateful to have watched this video. Please i wish to ask, how can I keep multiple heading in a table form while scrolling the list of data in the cell while the heading is freezes
Thanks for sharing this. Is it possible to have drop down selection in any of the fields , for example I want to select from predefine the department list from the drop down list to avoid spelling mistakes and to keep uniformity.
It is very useful. Thank you! Can you we set auto format; for example, date, are there any ways that we can just click and it shows the calendar for us to chose the date?
Thanks for the tutorial. I really appreciate your style of teaching, it's really simple. Am following from Monrovia, Liberia. Once again, I say thank you!!
Thanks so much for this tutorial! It will be a huge time saver for the company I helping with their inventory and invoicing. Excellent and straightforward, not a time-suck!
Hi you have been teaching very well I live it. I got one question is. If i wants to add entry in for exp. 550 number’s raw. Not from beginning of raw like 1,2,3 in which sheets already has data on it.
You get the blue-ribbon for teaching excellence! Thank you for this. Wish I would have found you last year. One thing you did not mention tho leaves me with a question - If one might need to change the table back to the regular version - how? Or is that possible? What would happen to the formatting and/or data? Silly question I guess, but still a tidbit of knowledge that might be helpful to someone someday.
Thank you!! This has been the best video to follow along to show this I’ve found! Is there a way to take the information from the excel spreadsheet and automatically have the cells fill out a pdf adobe form or anything like that?
This works fine for desktop, but not mobile (Android). The nice feature of mobile in particular, is that the cell reference position is saved, for when reopening the file. So if you are 400+ Rows down, 5 Columns over, you start there. Example E425 vs A1, standard default position. So for entry such as this, then being on desktop is useful, whereas mobile to add, or adjust on the go, is a bit trickier, and a bit slower, yet can be done. I have a daily travel workbook as an Independent Contractor for food delivery, so I have learned that over the past 2 years.
This is really good.Very simple yet great way of yours to deliver us all this knowledge.Thank You Sir. I really respect your work and hope you keep delivering us this knowledge.
Thank you so much for your valuable knowledge and want to know more on MS Excel with MS Access for forms & database. This video of yours makes us feel easier on our work.👍😇

Hi, thanks for the GREAT video! We're on Excel for Mac version 16.64 and the "forms" button is not available anywhere, even when I search "All Commands". We have a standard Microsoft 365 subscription. Is this some type of upgraded feature? Thanks!
Unfortunately, it's not available in Excel for Mac. I have both regular Excel and Excel for Mac, and I can't use the forms feature in Excel for Mac either.
@@techteachersandstudents Thanks for the update. We solved this riddle last night after realizing this by installing Parallels on the Mac! Thanks again and keep up the great work!

The best part of your teaching is, you explain things in a very simple way. Thank you for making my way easier to know Excel.
AND... your cursor is moved in a calm logical way. When that cursor moves around like an italian womans hands... it is greatly distracting!

Is there a way to take the information from the excel spreadsheet and automatically have the cells fill out a pdf adobe form or anything like that?
thank you. helpful video. can we add a picture against each record? is it possible?
You don't need table for doing this if your data is already organized. Just select anywhere in data and click form and it works.
This works fine for desktop, but not mobile (Android). The nice feature of mobile in particular, is that the cell reference position is saved, for when reopening the file. So if you are 400+ Rows down, 5 Columns over, you start there. Example E425 vs A1, standard default position.
