Add Sardines in spring water or low fat beef. Add cayenne pepper, hot sauce with less than 10 grams of sugar and carbs per 100 grams, turmeric, cumin, 100 grams of high protein, low fat cottage cheese. Can of chopped tomatoes. Add 2 grated carrots after it's cooked and cooled down. Add raw turnip, celery, cucumber and a can of rinsed beetroot. Add lemon juice, apple cider vinegar and raw sprouts and herbs.
Then just don't add it to the salad. Or replace it with a spice that suits you. By the way, turmeric is very useful and is included in the diet of long-lived people.
