Kano is my favorite hero as the first two boxes I ever bought of fab were ARC and I pulled Striders. I built him in blitz solely for that and love his play style. I appreciate the content as I learned several tips and tricks not just play wise but also deck building for him. Keep up the great work!!
ty for this, new player and a friend gave me a kano mat cause i love the artwork and now i want to play so this helps me alot to understand him!

I wasn't quite sure about the higher red count but after trying it myself, I totally see the benefit! He's very correct: You will oftentimes end up with a 2x Blue, Yellow, Red hand!
im thinking of building kano especially in blitz. I would love to watch you both playing the deck.

Great video and deck tech. I watched the other deck tech with the same guy and this video was really well produced.
If you don't like Blue Scalding Rain (and who could blame you), you could always run Blue Foreboding Bolt.
Trading one damage for one opt seems worth it on a card that you're just looking to be a blue pitch/three block anyway.
Unless that one damage is literally the lethal hit, I'm sure being able to know what your top card is is far more useful.

I highly encourage you to try the deck out with an emphasis on Kano'ing a bunch during your turn!

Love the video and kano :) one question, though: you both are talking about how funny lesson into lesson into lesson into blaze is. But how would you pull that off? Would you not need 3 kano activations for that? 12 mana seems quite optimistic, no? Or do i miss something here?
Yeah! You could do this with 4 blues and Lesson in Arsenal on your own turn, or you could do this with several energy potions set out!

hi there, say , i a,m quite new to the game,want to try Kano (even though its the hardest one to play, or so they say...) i have most of the cards to build this deck , and watched several vids, and this one 2 times now ,even with the subtitels on (with is hilarious at times...) and i still really havent got a clue how to play this deck. so, if you guys would like to go into this a bit more , wider and deeper, i would be eternaly gratefull! thanks for this one already , i am just going to play the deck and see what happens:)

Trying to figure out if Wildfire is any good to arsenal when racing AB 2 aggro decks. Even with tunic, storm striders, and a hand full of blues you're gambling with what's on top of your deck.
You can set up an opt with Aether Spindle R and wand giving you Opt 3 when they AB 2 (if you're lucky you see 2 blues and confirm a decent red to leave on top after you draw up at the end of your turn. 🤔
It is indeed good in arsenal vs almost every deck. You should always start by Kano'ing to peek the top of the deck (if you didn't opt prior) before storm striders for Wildfire, though!

When he talks about “holding priority” - how does one do that? Just playing one instant speed card after another?
Technically, retaining priority is the default, but in normal play it happens far less often than passing priority after playing/activating something, so in practice most people assume that priority is being passed. If you play or activate something and want to do something else immediately it's generally best to state verbally to the opponent that you are holding priority so that they don't misunderstanding the play line or try to play something out of sequence.
when you say "filter the deck as much as possible"in a agro match up, do you mean just Kano into the deck as much as you can and play every playable card that comes up?

Not him, but main reason I’m finding is it’s an extra 3 health over the course of the match, + it can block some of the nastiest on hit effects
What's the best way to start a Kano deck? I'm new to TCGs and played a few games of Kano on TTS..
As far as building one? I'd get all of the commons/rares as they're super cheap. From there, grab lesson in lava, sonic boom, aether Wildfire, and blazing aether! The BEST way to level up the deck is to get the wizard legendary boots, but I would play mage master boots until you know you like the deck. Then just trade or pay for the boots and keep them forever!
@@DMArmada solid advice... I meant more of.. how you get the physical cards. Do I just buy the kano hero and then boosters? Or is there a whole Kano starter I could get? Sorry I'm a newbie lol
