Get a feeding tube with me | life with chronic illness | Paralysed with love

About a week ago I threw up my feeding tube which was about as fun as it sounds...
So I thought I'd bring you along today to get a new feeding tube inserted in day surgery. I have a feeding tube for a condition I have called gastroparesis (a paralysed stomach) to help me get all the nutrients I need. It bypasses my stomach and goes straight into my small intestines and has honestly been life-changing. Medical devices can be overwhelming and scary but they're nothing to be ashamed or embarrassed about! You're stronger than you know and if you need a medical device to keep you functioning that doesn't change anything!
