I thought about that but believe it or not I’m half way through using the milk! Between milk baths for his irritated skin and baby sitting from family he’s used some already
I think storing the bag upwards is a very common mistake because I did that for Damian too. He was the first one I breastfed and I would store them like that also. Then one of the NICU nurses told me to lay them flat and I felt so dumb for not thinking about it lol. It ended up looking so nice and neat!
Yay, i came across a video and the girl stored then like that and I was like duh! Lol you live and you learn. Thanks! Glad it’s all organized now, it was getting out of hand lol 😂
For my first daughter I got an average stash of milk and was planning on using it when going back to work, but my parents used to defrost it for the baby when am sleeping so they won't wake me for breastfeeding her 😅.. I was in big trouble
How to thaw milk quickly? If I put frozen milk overnight in the fridge and then once I warm the milk bag . Is it okay to warm again? Because suppose if its a 6 oz bag once I thaw and used only 3oz and the other 3oz in the fridge for next feed is it okay to warm it again?
This was all using the Hakka, I never pumped unless I needed to unclog a duct. I would just attach a hakkaa on the breast that was not being used and milk would come out
Thanks for the tips and the video!
I'm planning on storing to donate it to the local hospital's breastmilk bank for premature babies.
Yes ! Also storing the Breast milk laying down promotes quick defrosting time. (:

Claro que si! Muy bueno lo que a estas haciendo!
Hi! You should look into donating it to a NICU I am pumping for baby and to see about donating

When to start storing milk before back to work ? How many weeks ago and how much?
I’m not sure since I never went back to work. I used my stash sparingly as needed.

Ive never heard of a haka before…but you definitely had a ton of milk! And at least you had the dates on all the bags lol
I like your storage containers! Where did you get them?
I believe I linked them in description box☺️

That was nice of them to help!

I don’t know, I would ask doctor to make sure
Do you have a video on how you pump?

I used to store them laying down too and they were so bulky
Yup better standing up
