That's why he was targeted. He'd figured out what was going on, and was going to tell Mr. Big.
Carrots hugging Nick and pretending to reach for the carrot pen is one of the cutest parts of the movie.
The thing about her being assigned to parking duty first, it actually makes sense: imagine what happens if a newbie gets thrown into the worst duties first without having the on-the-ground experience and the precinct doesn't really know what you can do. It's actually a way of keeping her safe and seeing just how determined she is to stay.
That's why you put her in the field with a training officer.
Still I can imagine, why he would assign the newbie: Somebody has to do it, and why wasting experienced officers for it, if there is a rookie available for it. I can't imagine, that he intended to keep her on parking duty forever, I think it's more like something everybody had to go through as rookies.
Also, it's a good way to have new comers get the lay of the land. However, I don't think that's really efficient. They could easily have her partnered with a veteran and do some not so hard and life threatening cases.
Zootopia tackles racism, the drug problem, and political corruption. It's a dope kids movie that I re-watch with my nieces because I like it too.

I think that the flowers had a short effect on Uncle Terry because he is a herbivore, which means that he can digest plant matter easily, but it will have a longer effect on carnivores/ predators because they don't digest plant material.

Duke Weaselton, who sells the fake DVDs is a play on the character from Frozen called The Duke of Weselton. In Frozen people call him Weaselton and in Zootopia people call him Weselton, he corrects them in both movies.
Chief Bogo talks about how life isn't a cartoon musical where your problems disappear in a musical number and tells Judy to "Let it Go." Frozen reference again.
The mob boss is a type of shrew known to be ferocious. They eat several times their body weight in meat a day to survive. Also he's a Godfather reference.

Another Easter egg is the fact that an early clue linking Bellwether to Doug can be seen in the form of a sticky note with his phone number during the scene where they're looking at the traffic cams (specifically the shot focusing on the mug, which wasn't included in this reaction). It's a subtle detail that most people won't notice on first watch.
Also, during the news reporting segments, the species of animal for the reporters changes with each country's release to reflect animals typically found in those countries.

Nick's fox friend isn't a regular fox, instead a fennec fox which are a lot smaller and have larger ears, explaining the difference in appearance.

Thanks.. - You ought to look up "Zootopia original plot", as there was an original version that had a much darker premise; where predators were a repressed class, subject to negative stereotyping, who had to wear a tame collar.. Possibly too dark for Disney, so it ended up being changed to this. But do look it up, it's on youtube.

You should definitely watch the Godfather trilogy. Firstly, they are absolute classics and secondly, there are endless references and parodies like here in Zootopia and dozens of other films. The Godfather trilogy has gone down in film history for a reason.

Only the 2nd time I got stoned in my life at age 49, which is only off because I've been a professional musician since 17. Went to see Star Wars the Force awakens (sucked), but the highlight was the trailer for Zootopia I laughed so hard at the DMV scene I cried.

This is one of the movies that was not what I expected it to be. Some of the movies include,(which I would also like you to react to) are: Real City Heroes: Sergeant Cooper, My Little Pony 2017 Movie, A Lullaby For a Princess/The Moon Rises. I really want you to react to Sergeant Cooper, my sister loves these series. This is a kid series, but I don't mean like little, I mean like 10 or 12 years old.
Also how they filmed it, how they create each character also detail of fur and other stuff. It just by drawing over 10k line.

Depending on what country you saw the movie in, when it was in theaters, the news anchors had different animals. In Canada, you had a moose. In Australia, you had a koala.
Zootopia is a movie that shook the whole world to it's core meanwhile i was mildly impressed. Not saying it's bad. Not at all. But i haven't the slightest clue why this movie absolutely plagued all of reality back in 2016
And hopefully the sequel will “plague all of reality” in 2025. I’m not saying you’re wrong for not being that into it, but a ton of people adore this film and we deserve a sequel. Nearly ten years is more than long enough.

I have so many questions about Sloths being allowed to drive. Wouldn't their slow reactions lead to insanely high traffic accidents? Is it possible they're just faking it so they can take it easy on the job, and they actually have the best acting skills in the animal kingdom? That's now my head cannon and I love that for them.
