This is a very informative video. I'm curious about why there are a couple of condo complexes in Uptown that are impossible to get financing for. Does it have to do with high delinquency rates or insurance issues?
Great question! In my experience, delinquency issues with Uptown condos are rare. The bigger issue is usually a high rental ratio or too much commercial space, which lenders see as riskier. TECHNICALLY, you can still get financing, but it’s harder and often more expensive. I actually have a video coming up about this-I'll let you know when it’s posted! :)
