    Thank you for this video. You are the best and most knowledgeable and detailed person I’ve found yet to highlight condo life. I’m beginning to plan for my move back to LV for retirement and am enjoying your videos. I’m wondering if there is a NO-Airbnb condo that also allows pets? That would be the mix I’m looking for. Thanks again for the great videos!!!

    One problem for those who don’t like neighbors with dogs is going up and down in the elevator with a dog, any kind or breed. By dog owners think we’re just a few with this issue.

    • @courtneybentley
      @courtneybentley  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      True I know when I lived in Thailand many people felt dogs were dirty. It was an issue and I understand most buildings have service elevators for this reason.

    Good to know about the rental restrictions. If you don’t know what you’re doing or not asking the right questions it can definitely put you in a bad spot.

      Very true it’s so important to ask questions or work with an agent who knows what questions you should be asking

    How does the assessments work for condos within a hotel facility? Like the Waldorf Astoria, shared amenities like the pool, if the pool need repairs how are the residents assessed for the cost considering the hotel guests also uses the pool.

      They have a budget for these items and this particular building works a bit differently compared to the other towers feel free to book a consultation to go over each tower with me :)

    This was a great video. I hope prices go down when I move to Vegas because I really want a nice high rise for the security and amenities. Downtown Las Vegas has some nice luxury apartments but the security seems to be lacking.

      The high rises have industrial/commercial grade walls and I have not heard of my clients complaining about neighbor noises

    Pets are source of conflict in my observation. It takes a few rotten eggs to mess the rest. You know, those who just runs their dogs without leash because the parents asked their kids to walk the dogs. And for some reason these idiots always have the pit bulls or big dogs. They don't have chuwawa or mini pinchers. That's why I only look at no big pets buildings.

    • @courtneybentley

      Interesting insight, as someone who has two dogs I make an effort to respect my environment but I know some do not I’m sorry you have had a bad experience

      @@courtneybentley Oh not me, I live in no big pets. But the news is littered with them. Just recently an agent shot a dog that attacked him in a house he was trying to sell. Owner asked a little daughter to be in charge moving big dog to outside and tying the leash. So when agent went outside dog broke free from little girl's knot and attacked the agent who shot it to defend himself.

    Fuck high rises. Skoolies are much cheaper, more affordable, interesting, and hopefully free from most of the bullshit that comes with high rises
