What a very well-put-together video. My husband and I are considering retiring to Charlotte from NY. My deathly fear of snakes means it's probably going to have to be a condo, and that being the case I want to be right in the center of things. Are most of the high-rise buildings dog-friendly?

I have to say that with all the videos on CLT, yours came off the most genuine. You came off very authentic and honest, which was refreshing. As someone who lived in CLT back in 2013, left.. and now possibly relocating back, and just trying to get as much info as possible on what's new and everything and it was nice watching a video that was giving very real information, not overacting or anything. Just.. real! Btw, when you talked about the food and I was RIGHT there with you agreeing with everything you said and saying to myself "finally, someone talking facts and the truth about this stuff." lol You definitely got a new subscriber and I'll definitely have to check out your other videos.

I escaped Charlotte a few years ago. I saw the growth living there from 1970. Charlotte traffic issues are because a TOTAL lack of planning for many many years. I also was burned by government fraud in the 1990 when Charlotte had a huge problem with building inspections and kickbacks.....still a issue??? Just beware.
