I’m not sure how seeing someone else redesign these awful AI-generated ad characters can be so cathartic, but here we are! I’ve been getting so many of these ads on TH-cam lately that it’s getting ridiculous now. Great work! Names, names… How about Saffron for the food princess (saffron being one of if not the most expensive spice used in cooking), Gwen for the red flags girl (based on sanguine, which can mean both cheerful and bloody), and Lamie for the pirate cook (meaning shining, but also vaguely sounding like lemon, which help prevent scurvy)
Man, I really wasn't expecting you to make me love the last one as much as I did. That dark rosy-pink color brings a great sassy kind of balance to the pastels & it looks fantastic 🤯 The tattoos really pulled the vibe together. 10/10

(I've spent a lot of time name-searching for my characters, and these are some of the extras left over) Food princess - Nameko, also known as the butterscotch mushroom (an edible mushroom). Yes, this name ends with an 'o', and no, I do not think that means it couldn't possibly fit a girl. Red Flags - Amanita, a genus of mushroom with about 600 species, some of which are edible, and others of which will kill you in some very interesting ways. The most famous of this genus is the death cap. (I know these have all been mushroom names, but I have others, I swear) Pirate Cook - Brivet, to wander aimlessly or satisfy curiosity. You could also do Manx, which is a breed of cat, but also a type of shearwater bird. I think I learn more from looking up character names than I did from school... that might say something about something...
I adore these designs you've made and I really enjoyed listening to your thought process, the little lore you added in was really fun as well. Some other person said Gwen for the red flags girl and I kind of agree with that name for her :P
The worse part about the fisrt add is that the game is not even that bad is just dragon city but with anime girls 😭😭😭 i know because i play that game n never saw that add before

this isn't 'redesigning mha characters', it's 'redesigning weird ad characters'. the uploader explained in the video that they didn't know who toga was until after the redesign, and given the only context they had at the time was that this character was supposed to be an AI girlfriend, that's what they based the redesign around.
