I've been on the same journey as you for about 7 months. I'm still experiencing physical symptoms, but I'm recovering mentally and feeling less fear about them. Listening to you makes me feel less alone, thanks for sharing.

one thing that has helped me is almost "reversing" statistics. like instead of thinking "5% of people have a seizure in their life" like i used to, i now think like "95%" live their life never having one.

My anxiety symptoms have been getting stronger recently. Even had to leave the gym early because I thought I was going to die and I wanted to go home to see my parents before I did. I ended up being fine but it was scary.

I wanted to give up smoking so I googled the best way and in return, I got six hundred billion things that smoking can do number one I already knew this . I didn't ask what was hypochondria. because that was what you will get with Google positive thinking is so important. thank you so much for your feed you are a godsend Cherelle. google can be so negative to a brain in anxiety.

You're a beautiful soul and your videos are helping me so much
It's a horrible irony that we can fear death so much it forces us to take the life we have for granted. We live in the most comfortable and prosperous age in history.
The fact that we can brave a winter without a thought of whether we will have food is alone a priviledge almost none of our ancestors knew. Everyday we breathe is a blessing.

in regards to the exercising, if you can't go outside (weather and stuff) i really do recommend dancing, you don't realise how much you're actually exercising and it is super fun.

I have had health anxiety since December. Never had a panic attack before, terrifying. Feeling a lot better. I use the calm app and do athe 10 min meditations before sleep. I have learnt so much about the nervous system and para sympathetic nervous system, how our bodies react to extreme anxiaty, i really had no clue what your rain can convince you of 😮I have pain in my shoulder blade all the time. Just picked up on the comments you made about your diet causing inflammation. I have definitely been comfort eating for months, keep meaning to get it under control, but constant pain makes me seek out the sugar, although I never really eat processed foods and make everyhing from scratch i no will power😮. This is the push I need to get it under control. Thank you so much for sharing your ideas and journey . I keep a journal, practice gratitude and trying really hard to keep off Google too. Take care.xx❤

Lovely video, there are some similarities with how I've been going. I'm not sure if it was a coincidence or not but when I decided to eat better (I have been vegetarian for about 8 months now - lots of whole foods!) I have been having a lot less anxiety as well. I think it has definitely helped, both mentally and physically, especially due to my prior disordered eating. I have however been having struggles cutting sugar - I know you said it was difficult, but if you had any tips for it I would love the advice as its been something I've wanted to do!

Hi Cherelle, not sure if you still read these comments but I have been in a really bad place (health) anxiety wise and i'm considering contacting (my countries equivalent) of a mental health crisis team. Did you feel your experience with them was vital in your recovery and did they put you on any medication? I'm glad you are doing better now and wish you all the best.

I still struggle with health anxiety but I can’t tell you how much better I am for not googling symptoms daily. From August to February I was a mess, forever seeking out medical tests 3 visits to A&E other out patient tests. I haven’t seeked out medical testing since February 5th, over 5 months, (wow that’s gone quick) I’ve scheduled a health check for the end of September, I’ve told myself I’m not worrying until then, I’m living life and if I have this health check in September and it finds something I’ll address that then, until that point I’m not letting myself go back to that dark place. I still struggle with new symptoms appearing and worrying and it’s a long process but it can get better. Stay strong everyone 💖

    What about your twitches?
    They stopped?
Can you make a video about your daily routine?
You explained your daily routine but it would be better , please make a video about it.
I was worried about muscle twitches
I'm 19 and these twitches terrified me.
I'm happy that you are better and you feel better I have stressful times and I think these twitches might be because of that.
I love you and GOD BLESS YOU

Hey I have bad health anxiety also and recently started getting crazy muscle twitching or tingling sensations for past one month. I have twitching in calves 24/7. Seeing your videos have helped to realize that muscle twitching may not be a very big deal. Also Spoke to doctors that don’t see it to be a big problem bit recommended blood test and Emg but too scared to go to doctors office because of Covid. Has your diet helped you out with twitching ? Like how often do you have twitching now? If your diet solved your twitching can you exactly share what you eat. I know you mentioned what you eat, but will appreciate a full list with all the items

I suffered the same as you...I had all the relevant tests done and although it was very hard, the best thing I did was tell myself that All my symptoms are anxiety related. Now I’ve cleared those symptoms 90%. It’s really important that you get checked out but if all tests are clear, you need to assure yourself that it is anxiety related. You need to draw the line and control this before it controls you.

Have you had weird tingling on the head or face? Like almost as if the hair on Part of your scalp stands up and the skin goes all numb? That freaks me out all the time. Like i have 20 tabs Open of possible symptoms And diseases but i dont feel stressed. I freak out over like arm muscle jumping ‘pulsating’ sensations And when i look it up , my anxiety goes up 3x and i will probably start seeing if im feeling other symptoms (ALS symptoms). I mean the internet also states that the numbness may come from anxiety, but it doesnt describe that feeling of numbness on the side of the head above the ear, and I convince myself that it could be MS. Not sure if others here watching have this problem, but im watching these vids cuz i am panicking away.....😩😣

Yeah me too and my body feels like it has goosebumps and sometimes on my face it tingles for a couple of seconds then it goes numb for a few seconds then goes back to normal. It often happens. When this happens I panic and touch my face or body.

Me as well. Sometimes it’s just my scalp and it sometimes creeps into my face. Doctor says anxiety. Could also be from tension caused by anxiety. Try not to worry it can make it worse. Just try to ignore it and it hopefully will become less noticeable. It’s worked for me at times.
